The Hillsborough KFC NEVER gets an order right! I went inside to order my takeout just because of this. I really don’t think I should have to handle EVERYTHING in my box, prior to walking out the door, to make sure it’s correct. KFC management, PLEASE train employees on the difference between a BREAST and a THIGH!!!!! P.S. The biscuit was HORRIBLE!

We went thru the drive thru, luckily we checked our bag because we were shorted a sandwich. Went back thru thr drive thru and told them we were missing our sandwich and after a few minutes, they gave us the sandwich. We get home and the chicken sandwich has no bacon. We also ordered a chicken pot pie which they were out of.

Absolutely terrible. I havent has KFC in over a decade because of the service and I went in today to try the cheetos sandwich because I love cheetos lol and not only did I have to wait 15 minutes to get my food.. the food was beyond greasy and cold.. unbelievable. Never again.

Last week they were out of chicken. Of course they don’t tell you this until you’ve been stuck in the drive thru line for 30 minutes.Out of tacos too, I left. It appeared the whole crew was at the back door smoking. Today they had a chicken pot pie, I had a coupon for the $5 fill up. Let them know when I ordered I had it. Get to the window they say there are no more $5 fill ups it would be $8.62. I showed her the coupon she said it must be expired. I got it out of the mailbox yesterday, expires Aug 26, 2022. She said let me get my boss.10 minutes later the manager fixed my coupon/ total. The other gal gets my pot pie and says have a good night. I asked where’s my drink and cookie. She handed me a cookie. They had no drinks or bottled water, said the previous shift didn’t change out the syrup and been out of bottled water for a while. I am not even going to try again. This store is horribly managed and obviously the owners don’t care.

DO NOT GO HERE, ESPECIALLY ON SUNDAYS!! They are not organized. They sold out of white meat AFTER I placed my order. The lady came to the register matter of fame to the register to tell me it would be thirty minutes. Poor communication because we all know how much large orders of chicken get sold on Sundays. I don’t eat meat often, but when I have a yearning, it’s great to have tried and true KFC. But, I have to drive from Chapel Hill to get KFC, and I was very disappointed with the service and attitudes at this location. Unfortunately, I wasn’t the only customer that was not happy.Guess I will drive to Durham next time.

Purchased a family meal and didn’t receive all the sides and no biscuits. Live too far to go back and pursue it. Check your order before you drive away. The line behind me had waited so long I didn’t do so. Almost $40 for some tenders and mashed potatoes.

Quite simply the worst run KFC-Taco Bell establishment around. The lobby is rarely open and the drive-through takes at least 5-minutes per car. No idea where the owners are, I don’t think they care at all. I drive to the Durham KFC location on Cole Mill Road when I want to KFC despite living less than 5 minutes from this location. The food has been fine the times I’ve actually been able to get any.
