Took a bite of what I was hoping to be a delicious cake and almost immediately threw up. I then realized that the cake that I had just bought 30 minutes prior was completely covered in mold. The smell hit me at the same time and almost lost it.

Decided to grab a bite while waiting for an accident to clear on I-40. Very convenient to the interstate. Very clean both inside the building and outside. Good, but obscenely expensive, food. Too bad lard or fat isn’t used for the fried chicken. Then, the food would be great as it is in Asia. Super friendly staff. Michelle was just the best; big smile and very helpful- and fast! Highly recommend this location.

Got wings and drumsticks… 4 piece meal… wings, dry.. old.. drumsticks, cold and dry… ordered and paid for extra biscuit… didn’t get it… I live 8 miles from this location… I don’t think that a customer should have to wait there, tearing apart my order just to make sure I git what I was charged for…. These people need to do better… I don’t judge all locations by one, so I will try others…

A 12 piece meal at Kentucky fried chicken is $40. I don’t mind waiting for chicken to be cooked, but I do mind it not being cooked enough and the grease not being drained out of it. It takes a couple extra minutes to do things with care and if you can’t do things with care, no one is forcing you to work at KFC. Find something else to do if you cannot fry chicken for KFC with some semblance of integrity.

I gave this store another chance ,KFC gave me return meal .So I wanted to thank you and I went back to the location today and used the voucher for me and my family and ordered the 12 piece family meal and the food and service was amazing thank you so much. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had and has been on multiple occasions. Staff is short tempered, rude, has no manners. Not to mention the food tasted like it was half a day old and had been thrown in a microwave. The chicken was so hard I hardly could eat it and the tenders weren’t much bigger than my thumb.
