I just don’t understand. I’ve worked in kitchens since I was 15 and would have never sent this out. This has to of been sitting under the heat lamp since lunch. They are hard as a brick. If your not willing to eat it yourself don’t serve it. I guess this place is just a waste of time and money. Will no longer be going there. By the way I’m 36 now that’s a little over 20 years in the food service. I’m directing this to the owner. If you don’t get a grasp on this issue that seems to be going on for a while now. YOU WILL END UP LIKE WENDYS DOWN THE STREET.

Quite frankly, there’s something amiss from the original recipe. I also don’t recommend using the drive-through. Repetition of your order placement does not ensure accuracy, and you have 50 50 chance of having your order come out correct, even though you may have to park and wait on your food.

This location is not a good one. They run out of chicken all the time. They are not friendly and sometimes very rude. The floors are dirty and they seem to not care. If they forget to give you something you order they treat you like you did something wrong by asking for it. It’s just not a good place or atmosphere.

Been 3xs and everytime the window man is so friendly the same guy and so genuine and amazing. He gives me the best deals and always suggest the cheapest way to order for the most food. So does the woman on the drive thru but I don’t ever get graced with her presence bc she’s prob making the hot food… I always get fresh food here Best KFC and I’ll be back!

The order was wrong, the chicken was burnt up bad and when I asked for it to be replaced, they blamed it on the grease color when in fact it was so over done so extra crispy it could break a tooth trying to eat it. The Cole slaw was sour and dry and the Mac and cheese didn’t taste like Mac and cheese.
