The manager is rude. Our order took 45 minutes, 3 people came in after me and got their food. I was told we were waiting on nuggets… 45 minutes for nuggets. Not worth it and then to be met with an aggressive manager that says you just gotta wait like everyone else. But no one else was waiting just me and my family for 45 minutes

The food is extremely overpriced and the portions are so small for a large side that it barely feeds a toddler you have to order sides separately and it’s outrageously priced the food tastes nasty and is no longer worth purchasing 60 or more dollars for a bucket of chicken that is nasty and no sides unless purchased separately

I reported to the hotline and they are going to investigate and a report was made They weren’t busy at all and told us to pull to the front.So we sat there forever with our kids.Waiting for our food for no reason.So I walked in to see what was taking so long and they were throwing chicken at each other.Just goofing off until they see me standing there and then finally started working on my order. Also were greated with a horrible mood and the vibe continued inside going slow playong around throwing food barely doing much….we wont be back !

When I got there took my order Speedy got through the drive-thru line real quick got to the window paid instead of the girl paying attention she sent me through to send the parking lot and wait for my food which is fine set there for 25 minutes waiting on our food finally a lady comes out the front door I roll down my window and ask her Hey where’s my food she said oh your payment didn’t go through for your order, why would you tell me to pull around front and sit and wait on my food if my payment didn’t come through? So we got our food instead of making us fresh order or coming and getting us and telling me that our payment didn’t come through we got cold food and set for 30 minutes in the hot parking lot with two kids screaming in 85° weather

Ordered a pot pie and when I cracked through the crust it was almost empty inside, they told me thats how they come……. No they do not, I’ve had them at other KFC’s. One of the employees kids were behind the counter and running back and forth back into the Kitchen so apparently they are also a daycare? Very unprofessional
