I’ve went here several times. Got a 16 piece thigh and breast and all the food was super old pretty disappointing considering it was like 60 dollars I probably put over half in the trash. The mac was even cold. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this is the second time I’ve ordered something and the food just be super old.

The order wasn’t all there and what we did get was cold the person that waited on my daughter was rude didn’t help to order on line you don’t help the customer at all by brining food out they had to come in and she had kids in the car this is the worst service we have ever had from KFC we will not be referring you at all to anybody if you had a manager he must have been hiding or he should have been cause it was very poor service

Well it’s Christmas Eve and I contacted the restaurant to see if they would be willing to give back to a community that keeps them going. I asked if they would be willing to donate a meal to a family I know who isn’t well off. I spoke to the assistant manager and made a request for a single mom of 3 that have falling on hard times. She inturn asked her GM, her name is Katie, and she said no. Now it’s 7 pm Christmas Eve so I’m sure they haven’t been busy and may have chicken left for the night. Just saying.. they take, take, take but when asked to give it’s no. So here is a big merry Christmas to you and yours Katie. Wonder what the Colonel would do.

Order was wrong and even though I paid extra for coleslaw it wasn’t included. Food was cold and they gave me fries jnsread of the mashed potatoes I also paid extra for. It’ll be a long time before I return. And my family gets takeout frequently from this store. It’s a shame.

Everything was going fine in hopes of a good meal. Unfortunately, we had to ask for one of our drinks at the window. We pulled forward and stopped to check the remaining order. Of course, it was wrong. My husband went inside to get what we were missing, which they gladly gave to us. Believing this time our order was complete we drove home to enjoy our meal. Once again we were fooled. The replacement food was also partially incorrect and missing two items. I doubt I will return to this location.

They never get the orders right even though they take forever to get them out to you. Ordered two mac bowls and only got one. When we went back to get the second one, they said they don’t have any more mac and cheese and it would take 15 minutes to cook the frozen mac and cheese.
