Went to KFC in Moundsville with a coupon out of the newspaper only to find out they no longer honor newspaper coupons. So we ordered anyway and the chicken was inedible. It had no flavor and tasted like it was fried in old grease. Definitely not KFC quality and ended up in the trash. Do better for your customers.

Always love some KFC! This day I absolutely did not! The lady at the drive through seemed very short with us, that part I could deal with. The food was hot. The food was sadly very gross in flavor and grease. I was very surprised! Tasted like the oil was in dire need of being changed and the food sat in old oil for a while. If I every go back to this location I really hope things will be better.

When ordering the lady was rude. Like in a hurry. When picking up the food, no gloves on hands. The lady was like everything was in bag. If it wasn’t for us checking the bag , we wouldn’t had our fries. They said the sauce was in the box, we got home , no sauce. The fries were hard.

Placed a HUGE order (called ahead of course) and didn’t have time to check everything before I left. Delivered it to the job site and everything was perfect. Nothing was missing.
