Was greeted with kindness by the general manager, who was waiting at the front counter to take my order, even suggested to upgrade my side and drink to a large for a extra $2.49, only took like two minutes to get my food, not only did he show hospitality but even showed cleanliness and leadership by washing drying and sanitizing his hands before heading to make my order, everything was fresh, the chicken sandwich melted in my mouth, the mash potatoes are one of a kind, the lobby was very clean, see service was amazing, I will definitely be coming back…

I ordered original chicken , mash potatoes, potatoes wedges, and a lemon cake, food was very tasty, the chicken was the best I’ve had, very fresh, when my sides amazed me, and the lemon cake tasted like fruity pebbles, I’m in love, very clean environment, even had my food handed to me before I could fill my pop, the employees were polite and doing excellent job.

Worst experience at this location I’ve had. Overdone nugs, they gave us 0 sauces for the 20$ box! Called the store,it rang the first time someone picked up and then hung up, then tried several more times and no answer. Will not be back. Probably will just make my own fried chicken from now on. Waste of money, time, and gas.

KFC on Wheeling island was cleanly kept inside and out. Cashier was very helpful while showing my blind cousin how to place an order on the KFC app so he could get a free bucket of chicken. Food was awesome! Service was awesome! Atmosphere was great!

Got food there on 8.4.25. We went through the drive thru. No customers in the store. Placed our order, paid for it, went home. At home I discovered that my order was wrong and stale. My fries had to come from the very bottom of the last batch, fried the day before. The biscuit was hard and I got crispy, instead of original! There was confusion at the checkout, but a young lady came to the window and settled the issue! The only thing that was done to satisfaction was the coleslaw! Better off going to Chic Fil A!

The chicken mashed potatoes, and coleslaw was good , but the mac and cheese was really disgusting couldnt even taste the noodles , can’t talk about the biscuits couse the cook was bitching about make more because it was 9:20 at night so the cashier said don’t worry about it I’ll take care of it and gave us a b.s reason and told us we could just have an extra side. Didn’t really want an extra side but wasn’t given a choice really.
