March 21st: Payed >$9 for a Santa fe chicken wrapped in lettuce (with a bunch of bugs in it, on way out of town. (Upon opening item, there were a bunch of tiny bugs all over in the lettuce.) Throw item out and try to call restaurant. Phone number does not work.

Cashier seemed uninterested in helping me. We ordered online and they gave our order away before we got there!! Then we had to sit and wait while the cashier called the store manager (because there wasn’t one on duty) to get the okay for them to replace our food, and in the end we still only got an IOU!!

Maybe it’s a bit harsh but there’s a fast food gaze that people get pretty quickly working in a place like this. I don’t expect people to always be happy here or anything but never once have I seen an even remotely happy employee. That tells me management doesn’t care. Another case of more worried about the bottom line than their customers or employees.

So happy they have a no wheat option with their low carb burgers. They are quite mess and could use a second wrapper but they are decent. Free wifi, no wait today even at 12 noon. Everything was pretty clean.
