On Friday 2/13/2026 we went through the drive thru around 6:30pm and ordered 2- 4 piece white meat meals, with mashed potatoes, a classic bowl with Dr Pepper and a 5 piece nugget meal with a starry drink, a side of gravy and a large Cole slaw. We were made aware that they didn’t have enough chicken to fulfill our meals but opted to wait the 15 minutes to obtain our meals only to get home to realize we only received 3 pieces of chicken versus the 4 piece we ordered and paid for and never received the Dr Pepper or the starry drink. Seems impossible these days to visit this drive thru and receive what you actually paid for and ordered. Please do better!! Such a disappointment!!

I went and bought almost $100 worth of food. I asked for a Large potato wedges and it only had a couple potato wedges it, it was mostly regular fries in there!! If they didn’t have any they could have said it! Also ordered chicken wings and didn’t even get those in the order smh! Definitely not going back

I got there at 11:30 to eat and the dine in lobby was closed. I saw people pulling to the drive thru. I wanted to eat inside. I didn’t want to go thru the drive thru. I was told by someone they might be closed cause not enough people to open the inside. If that is so at least up a sign up that inside is closed and why. That looks better than going up to the door and it’s locked and you dont know why when it should be open. I understand things happen but let the customers know.

I thought I was getting the BBQ chicken still by him switch to a two piece without a drink. Didn’t think I was getting regular chicken. I would have stuck to the regular price chicken then. I am pregnant and wanted that chicken. I thought he was given me a better deal. I went back up to say this isn’t what I wanted. I was told it was a price difference. Which I knew that. I was willing to pay the difference. That wasn’t even an option. I was offered BBQ packets. It’s not the same at all. So I’m stuck eating what I didn’t want. Probably going to need up paying for the BBQ chicken. I still want it!! I could have paid the difference. That was the manager that said this. Pissed!! As if I’m not already going through it on this holiday

On Monday 12, 2024 we got a family meal for $20 when we got home the chicken was dry the food was nasty. The biscuits was hard as a rock so I decided to call in the morning and speak to the manager who was rude disrespectful. I tried to let her know that her energy was totally wrong. She still didn’t have common sense to stop take a deep breath and apologize. I told her I had the food and that I’m going to take pictures and post it all I wanted to do was replace my meal and leave it as that instead her whole demeanor upset me 100% once again I told her I did not like the way her energy is , she still went on so I told her that I will be following the report with the business bureau the consumer finance Health department she simply could’ve been like please bring back the food and we will replace it or please bring back the receipt and replace it. Her energy was totally wrong like I was totally Line so now people are going to see that this chicken was terrible. and it should’ve never came out, regardless of how they’re trying to make money for the business or trying to make quota. They should respect for their community because we have to work hard for our money and it does not come easy.

Worst place ever. We stopped today for chicken. We tried multiple attempts over a couple weeks to get extra crispy chicken and always told they were out. Last week we stopped Sunday evening to place an order and was told all they had was a few chicken tenders cause their fryers were down for cleaning. Well today I ordered 16 pieces family meal, extra crispy. Pulled up to window and paid. Then was told they were 3 pieces short for extra crispy and they would replace with original recipe and asked if that was ok, I replied if you give me a couple extra pieces, I was told no and was not given another option. I got home and there were no biscuits in bag, also the chicken was dried out and hard. The mashed potatoes and mac an cheese was really watered down. My grandson was the one really wanting KFC. He was also disappointed. I will never return. Im not sure why this place 8s still open.

Came by here too get a quick dinner late yesterday evening. The Drive thru lighting was somewhat dark. My husband placed a order for 2 #10’s the famous Bowl’s. The lady at the window was very nice. After we received our meals.. we sat in the parking lot to eat. We opened our lids and I said wow where my popcorn chicken?? Definitely didn’t look like the menu picture on the ordering board!! I took the photo while saying to my husband.. “oh what we pay more for less!! Won’t be coming back to this Kfc!

I spent $22. for an 8 PC family meal at lunch today. The chicken was overcooked and in edible.the biscuits were rock hard. The only thing edible was the mashed potatoes and gravy. And that’s what I ate for lunch today.
