A new waitress had served us this evening. I had two of my three children with me; and was shooting for a sweet date night with most of our children included.
The kind waitress asked for us to be patient, explaining she was still in training, her name was Caylee Woodard and her training supervisor was Mary
SHE DID PERFECT YALL. DONT LOSE THIS ONE !!!!
*Grabbed us a lower plate so my 10 month old son would be more comfortable eating at the table.
*Checked on us frequently.
*Was especially sweet and kind to my wife and children.
*Made sure food was correct & hot before bringing to our table.
*Made eye contact and smiled while tending to our requests.
*Made a successful date night for my wife & I !!

I called in a 3 for me $10.99 order around 3:18 p.m. Got to Chili’s around 3:30 p.m. on 2-8-2026 in the To-Go area. I ordered basically a hamburger, fries, salsa, & a lemonade. When I got my order, I get to the car, checked it, & my hamburger has cheese on it. I immediately take it back in there. It took the employees a good 5 minutes to even acknowledge that I was standing there at the cash register. Several employees coming in & out of the cooking area. Finally an employee says is something wrong with your order. I said yes. It has cheese on it. So I ordered a hamburger with, tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, & mustard again. Finally after 15 minutes of standing there, an employee finally comes out with my correct order. It would be helpful if the employees would slow down & take an accurate to go order.

I had lunch here with my grandmother today and it was great. The restaurant was clean and it wasnt busy, so we were attended to quickly. Our server Katie, was really nice and always kept our drinks full. The food was fresh and the price is fair for what you get. 10/10

We had such a wonderful visit tonight with Macy. She was absolutely a delight. She greeted us with a smile and made sure we were very well taken care of. All the restaurants I’ve gone too, and this is best experience I’ve had. Thank you to Macy and Chili’s for a wonderful experience!

Even on a rush hour at noon on a Monday the service was excellent, the food was fresh and hot. It tasted delicious, and the food came out in a timely manner.
Over the span of 30+ years we’ve eaten at a lot of Chilli’s and I will say this one’s right there at the top of them as being the best.
For nearly the same price for two adults at Whataburger you can have two mushroom cheeseburgers . I’ll take Chilli’s any day.

Very disappointed with our short experience at this Chili’s. My cousins and I wanted to enjoy some time together. We asked for a table of 7 to which the host table laughed in our face. They left to talk to other staff about our table, but they had the most judgmental looks on their faces. We felt extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. A hostess came back to the table and threw her hands in the air yelling at the other host that they have no tables, while not communicating anything to us. Our party understood that we were not immediately getting a table, but we were given a rude example of what the rest of our night would’ve looked like, so we left. As we were leaving the hostess once again scoffed and threw her hands in the air. Staff were extremely unprofessional and rude. What a way to treat guests.

Bridget was our server . She was so nice and made us feel like home . We have a 2yr old and as 2yr olds do made a mess and Bridget was very accommodating and encouraging that it was ok that our child was just being a child . She gave us great conversation and was a joy to be around. Five stars!
