When did KFC change their fried chicken seasoning and coating recipe??
I haven’t had an 8 pc bucket for years and this one unfortunately was the very worst fried chicken I’ve ever tasted. It now tastes like flour with a little seasoning in it. The taste is nothing like the 23 spices, etc that The Colonal developed. I always like to find a positive within a negative. But, this time it’s obvious that the corporate bean counters in concert with their R & D cooks have come up a coating and flavor that I just could not recommend. Forget their their once spectacular chicken. It’s now in the far corner of the basement of fried chickens. No mas! It’s unfortunate.
BTW: Seems they changed the french fries from the best tasting in the industry to some coated slurry tasting fries. UGH!

Took my wife and son there to eat after a foot ball game. Was one of the best kfc’s I’ve been to in years. Quick service. Everyone is quick to help greeting us with a smile. When I see a team of people this is what I’d like to see. Had to even speaking with the manager Mel just to let her know how impressed with her store I am.

The staff are amazing and polite and respectful and quick to he my order or offer help if it wasn’t on the menu as well. Managers and employees were an amazing help. And the place was nice and clean and beautifully decorated for the holiday as well. Definitely recommend this one.

Ordered extra crispy, got several items regular style. Counter employee kept pushing cuts and styles the already had cooked. I suspect that’s why I received a mix.

The young lady working right was rude. I stood there waiting for close to ten minutes before anybody came to the register. A older white man came up and one minute later a young girl comes out and address him and the gentleman point to me and I did not even want any service I stood and stare at her like I knew you knew I was here. I left. She has black hair, white gurl, resting ignorant face and about 5,8”.
I will not be back there. All it takes it one time because it is unwarranted. I would never do this to anyone so I am leaving this review. Do better. I do better everyday without taking it out on anyone, so should others. Peace.

I stopped by KFC and ordered the #13 Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo, and everything about the visit was great. The service was fast, friendly, and nearly flawless — my order was taken quickly and prepared just as I asked.
The sandwich itself was delicious! The chicken was juicy, fresh, and perfectly crispy. I really enjoyed the spicy sauce they use — it added just the right kick without being overpowering. The fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned well.
The staff were polite and full of positive energy, which made the experience even better. It’s always nice to be served by people who seem to enjoy their job.
I would absolutely recommend this KFC location to anyone craving a solid, satisfying meal with great service to match!

Food was fresh out of the fryer. The manager was very nice and had a good handle on making sure they were prepared for the evening. She cares about customer service. She proudly showed me her award for outstanding service to the company. I loved it.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I was so impressed with the quality of food and hospitality! It was hot, juicy and delicious. The store was clean with plenty of seating. I love the decor, very welcoming and warm! You can tell the management staff takes pride in this store. I was greeted by a very friendly cashier who helped me choose the most accommodating dinner deal for my picky eaters. I just had a wonderful experience all around and will definitely be back. Thanks again for the delicious meal and great customer service!

The service is great, the people are great, and the food is great. The wait time isn’t so great but that’s not because of underperformance, this location is so short staffed the employees are literally running across the kitchen trying to make orders quicker. Everyone here deserves a raise. Make this job more appealing to applicants by raising the pay and offering more benefits. Happier employees result in happier customers. The owner should do better.
