Went through the line for a 6 piece spicy wing. Paid 11 and some change for the combo. Tasted awful and theyre horribly overcooked. Would never tell my worst enemy to eat here.

Food was really good no issue with that at all it was really fresh! My issue was the one really rude employee talking over us while we were trying to tell her our order and we asked for tea so she slammed the whole container on the counter. Apparently from the other reviews they have also had the same issue.

When you pay $4.79 for a lg.side you would expect to get a full container, nope, not happening at KFC. Mac & cheese was hard & the girl working said you only get 3 level scoops per mashed potato container but they dont hold back on the gravy. Sad, sad food quantity & quality for what you are charged….$65.79 for a 16 piece meal with 2 extra lg. sides. I will gladly go spend my money else where and get my money’s worth….even if I have to drive to Bristol or Abingdon.

Food was good, while approaching the drive thru the parking lot was clean and the staff spoke clearly and was very nice. The service was quick and my order was correct. For your typical “fast food” joint it’s a good one. Even if the prices are a little steep, I would recommend for a quick stop to serve your fried chicken cravings!

Went through the drive thru and got a dinner with 3 legs. Waited a few minutes but the food was very fresh and the young girl who took my order was very sweet

It was wonderful. This girl, Megan, stayed patient with my indecisive decisions. She helped me make an informed cheaper decision.

It’s great that the livers are back! However, good luck getting any. Two days ago I tried but at two separate times the line was backed up and I sat in it 17 minutes the first time without being able to get to the order speaker, 25 the second. Then I go yesterday and finally get to order….they don’t have any drinks but Pepsi zero, despite it showing more drinks on their screen. This matches up with a couple weeks ago when they said all they had was water, sweet and unsweetened tea. So I order my livers and a large drink. Girl asks if I want a receipt….of course I do. Then I watch as a woman drops the whole pan of livers in the floor. I’m asked to pull around and park. I do. I’m handed a drink. Finally she comes out 16 minutes later and hands me my food. I start driving and realize this isn’t a large drink and I wasn’t given my receipt.

So, moral of story? Management here needs replaced and they’re conning people by making more money off size increases but giving you the regular size….and no receipt to argue it.

I don’t usually write bad reviews, but when I do, I make sure to be honest and fair because I know people read these to set their expectations before visiting a place. Unfortunately, my recent visit to this KFC was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any location.

I rarely eat KFC—maybe once in a blue moon—so I was genuinely looking forward to my meal. Sadly, my experience was completely ruined by the front cashier, Emily. From the moment I walked in, her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. She spoke to me in a cold, short manner, and her facial expressions made it clear she didn’t want to deal with me.

It wasn’t just me—while waiting, I watched her be rude to another customer as well, which showed me this was not a personal issue but more of a reflection of her overall attitude. The final straw was when my order was ready. Instead of handing me my food or even setting it down properly, she tossed it onto the counter with no regard. It felt like a direct show of disrespect for no reason.

Despite all of that, I still said “thank you” without any attitude, but she looked at me as if I didn’t exist and didn’t even acknowledge I had spoken.

Body language, tone, and demeanor speak louder than words, and today, they made this entire experience uncomfortable and disappointing. This visit left a bad taste in my mouth — not from the food, but from the customer service.

The new “3 piece big meal” for 8.99….is mashed potatoes, slaw, biscuit and 2 pieces of chicken “thigh-like” portions that have hardly any edible meat on them…..mostly crust…and a leg. So,at least, get it as crunchy as you can so you have something to eat off that chicken bone. I reckon I learned my lesson. Gonna feed this to my dogs(w/o the bones!)
