Stopped by KFC yesterday around 1 PM and had a really great experience at the drive-thru. The young lady taking my order was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and had such a positive energy. I originally planned to order something small, but she told me about the 8-piece for $10 special, which actually made a lot more sense for what I wanted. Because she explained it so well, I ended up adding a few more items and only paid a couple extra dollars while getting more food for the money.
I honestly didn’t mind spending a little more because her attitude and service were that good. She had a great smile, was very friendly, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I wish I had gotten her name, because that’s exactly how customers should be treated. You don’t see service like that very often anymore.

Wife and I were in town for business. We got the 4 piece with Taters and 2 biscuits to share for $10. Decent price for some good chicken eats. The staff were courteous. Enjoyed the self ordering kiosks.

Went to this KFC for wings and fries. My first order was a little disappointing. Spoke with ALYIAH, ohhhh please, I hope I spelled it right ☺️. She was magnificent in taking care of this situation. She informed me of the policies and was kind to cook a fresh batch. She was kind and understanding of customers feelings, of what they might feel, if food was not up to par. I appreciated her for being so kind. The store is well kept. The food, for the most part, always good. The bathrooms are clean. Parking is plentiful. One of the nicest KFC in the area.

Do not go here unless you like soggy chicken. I ordered 8 pieces extra crispy. I had gotten soggy “extra crispy” from this restaurant before so I wanted to check it before pulling away. The chicken was again soggy, with skin barely hanging onto the meat. I took the chicken back in the store to ask for extra crispy. The manager laughed at me and said there are only two kinds, original and crispy and that they couldn’t make it any more crispy. Not only are they lazy, and incompetent at making chicken, they were also quite rude to laugh at a customer like that

I ordered the new BBQ extra crispy, they just put the chicken and dumped a bunch of bbq source on top, making this meal un-etable due to the large amount of sauce. When I received my order they provided NO Ketchup, napkins or forks.
Bathroom is distry and smelly.

I want to start by saying this is my first time eating KFC in at least 5 years. I wanted to try the old school honey bbq I saw had returned. When I opened my plate, they put the biscuit beside the bbq sauced chicken with no liner so the biscuit soaked up the bbq sauce which is disgusting. I ordered wedges with my meal I didn’t get any wedges. I ordered a drink with my meal and it didn’t come. My child’s drink also didn’t come. My apple pie poppers were cold to the touch.
And my child ordered fries with their meal. They did not get fries. They also gave me an extra meal that was disgusting. I will not ever be returning to any KFC.

Horrible service. The young man taking my order in the drive-thru had an attitude like he really didn’t want to be there and was impatient while I was contemplating on what I wanted to eat. when I pulled up to the window, I asked if they were open for walk-ins. He said, no. So after getting my food, I parked and ate it. But then I observed a young lady park after getting her food from the drive-thru, walk into the restaurant and went up to the counter. Shortly there after she came back out. Agitated, after witnessing this, I went inside after eating my food in the parking lot. All I wanted to do was use the restroom. When I went inside, the young man who took my order was coming out from around the counter. When I called him out on his lie and that I just needed to use the restroom, he just gave me a smerk and said, “you’re good” and went about his way. Worst service I have ever received from KFC! The food wasn’t too great, and they were extremely stingy on the gravy. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

I tried to order a 3 piece combo, all legs, the sassy young man on the drive thru said he cant with attitude, I asked why not, he claimed there was a sale on dark meat. I then asked how long would it take for legs to be done, he said 30 minutes.

Ok, I purchased two 2 peice to go. The fries were the worst I ever had hard as a brick old as dirt. The chicken was a step above that. I will attempt to contact the company. The purchaser deserve a good product if they have old left over chicken throw it out.

I ordered the Gravy Fest Tenders Box. Waited 20 min in an empty lobby to receive my order. Fries and chicken were so old, it looked like it was cooked the day before. I asked for fresh food, they threw the old food back in fryer and gave it right back to me. Young kids with no training who don’t care and no manager in sight. The only thing you can purchase here is disappointment.
