Big shout out to the staff at KFC today. They literally had 3 employees working with a full dining room and drive thru not to mention pick up orders.Considering the lack of employees these ladies were outstanding under pressure. Extremely friendly and welcoming. Even though they were swamped they had the best attitude and made everyone smile. Thank you ladies for the laughs today.

2/9/2025 – Went here while on vacation and the place was very clean. Service was great. The workers there were very nice. We ordered just a couple basic meals, not a family meal and it all came out very good.

Food is okay. It is KFC.
This location must not have enough people.
The last two visits required a long wait because they were out of extra crispy.
If you drive up and they say it will be awhile, you should plan on parking and waiting inside.
Chicken was good. The batter seemed a bit thin for extra crispy.
People were great, just overwhelmed.

The service was great, and everybody who works here was very friendly. But I was extremely disappointed when I ordered my.LARGE drink and for nearly $4 , this is what I got.

We stopped in on a whim, we VERY rarely get KFC. The staff here was amazing! So friendly and helpful. We got A LOT of chicken for very little money and the chicken was hot, fresh, and delicious. The best part: the sauces. While other fast food restaurants have gotten very stingy with their sauces, not this place. They loaded us up with whatever we asked for. We go to Wburg every year and this will be a new stop on our yearly trek.

Very disappointed. I went there at 8:30 PM and ordered hot wings. I was first told the wait would be 10–15 minutes. While placing my order, they then changed the time to 40 minutes. When I asked why, I was told it was because other food had to be cooked first. I was the only customer in the drive-thru and needing at the time. I also asked if they had food available and was told they had plenty, yet I was still expected to wait 40 minutes just for wings. It felt like they did not want to serve me. They were all huddled up as I pulled out the drive thru.

I ordered 8 piece meal with no wings. 5 minutes later they tell me they only have one breast so do I want to wait. I said I would wait. 20 minutes later I got my order. When I got home I had only 1 breast and they gave me wings when I asked for no wings. Do they not know the difference between breast and thighs??

The cashier was rude as fudge. The girl was training by herself with no help. Not to mention she told the people that dine in to come and get there food.

12-02-2025 …So it Tuesday, and Everyone knows it’s KFC Special Deal Day . I have to say kudos to KFC we came there and tried their deal meal. Everything was nice and fresh and hot. Truly enjoyed it and the customer service was great. Good job keep up the great work KFC.
