I’m not really trying to be that guy, but I just did the Math and I just paid $.17 a fry. Smallest portion of a”Regular” Fry. If I was dining an and they handed me this id of sent it back. Lower the price or give me more fries. 4.49÷26 equals cents a FRY.

I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings and had a mixed experience. I ordered celery and carrots to go with my wings, and I was disappointed with the portion size…They gave me just 3 pieces of celery and about 7 carrot sticks, despite charging extra for it. The wings themselves were small, and while the flavor was good, they didn’t taste as fresh as I would have liked. For a place that’s known for its wings, I expected more in terms of portion and freshness. The overall experience was okay, but I feel like the value for what you get could definitely be improved.

They forgot grilled onions on 2 of the burgers. Also, before you say we were busy it was completely dead. They also Forgot the ranch on the chicken sandwich Forgot the side of ranch with the sampler. Needless to say I will not be returning to the bluffton buffalo wild wings. After an extra 15 minutes wait we get this i am very disappointed and this place is in need of new management and an employee overhaul.

I dont think I have ever been so appalled at this “restaurant”. I have worked in the food and beverage industry for 15 years (in the kitchen specifically). The food we received was obviously old. It must been sitting under a headlamp for a while to the cheese on Philly and the cheese on my chicken sandwich was crispy and crumbly. And thats not easy to do to cheddar cheese. And honestly not exactly sure to blame FOH or BOH for the issue because it took over and hour to even recieve what we ordered.
To the kitchen staff if you put out this food you should feel ashamed of yourself and shouldn’t even be in the industry. I get that sometimes a quick refry to refresh the fries seems like easy solution but its gross and the fries dry out and taste like straight oil. And to the “kitchen manager” what sense does it make change the fryer oil in the middle of lunch? Also in what universe does kids food come out last? As a parent and as member of the F&B community that blows my mind that my nephews chicken tenders and fries (which were just as unappetizing as the fries on the adults plates) came out 10 mins after ( 2 chicken sandwiches, a chicken wrap, and a philly). You seriously need to work on quality control and portion control (considering the fries on the adult entrees were very different portions I could hold every fry in my hand and my fingers touch and my hands are on the smaller side while my friends had almost twice that)

This was the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been at, from poor service, to crappy food to a manager that is young and thinks because he’s “worked in a kitchen for 7 years” that makes him know everything. I have never had such a terrible experience at a Wild Wings. If you ever have a meal compd at this location, make sure you look at the total they comp bc it won’t be the same price as the meal you were originally paying for! Also check your drinks for plastic bc I sipped a long white plastic piece into my mouth! I’ve worked in F&B for over 10 years, I’m also I manager. I won’t claim to know everything, but I can tell when food has sat under a dang heat lamp for to long, and I can also tell when fries have been refried. I’ve never “changed the oil” in the middle of rush hours.

Very tasty meals, the chicken wings are super good, the sodas are very flavorful. The atmosphere is awesome! Service is pretty good. Overall it is awesome go try Buffalo Wild Wings now!!! I also enjoy the games.

I ordered 15 mild boneless wings last night with lemon pepper. I placed a to-go order 40 min before I wanted to pick it up and it was still not ready when I arrived. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes, and my order was messed up. Because it was a to-go order I didn’t realize my order was messed up till I got home. 5 of my wings were barley covered in sauce while the others were not. If I’m getting charged a fee for placing an online order on top of the price of the wings I should at least be receiving my order correctly.

We went here two times when it had just opened and it wasn’t that great, but we came back in June and everything was perfect, service was great and wings were not dry, and all our apps were delicious. It was worth another try.
