The staff forgot the kids drink (we ordered a Capri Sun) and we asked for barbecue sauce and we were provided not one sauce. We tried to call the store to let them know and nobody picked up the phone the three times that we called! Get it together KFC. When people are paying $25 for fast food for 2 1/2 people, we would appreciate our orders being correct!

Y’all need to learn how to properly read the orders coming through, because this is the third time I’ve ordered and had y’all give me the wrong sauce. I always ask for KFC sauce and Honey Mustard, but only ever recieve Buffalo Ranch (which I don’t eat that nasty garbage.) The first couple of times it happened I let it slide because accidents happen, but at this point its deliberate because I know it takes no effort to look at the order and choose the requested items, especially when you’re supposed to have the sauces readily available in buckets.

The service was rude and we received no biscuit with our meal. They still have the dining room locked. Come on everyone else is open for business!! I think they just don’t want to have to clean the dinning room! The lady who took our order was rude and rushing us! The 3 two piece meals with no drinks or biscuits was not worth $34.00!

The food was pretty good (fried chicken is delicious by design! LOL) and the service was fast. We picked up food here on 10/24/21. Unfortunately, the lady working in the drive through needs some serious training in customer service; it’s obvious that there are no customer-service standards taught, monitored, or enforced at this location. The lady at the drive through needs training to teach manners, politeness, courtesy, and how to be professional; whatever work we’re doing, it’s important to do our best! Also, be aware that the prices for online ordering at this location are lower than the prices that they charge you when you order at the drive through.
