I used to love cassanos but this location has screwed up my orders more than they get them right. Tonight i ordered a med pizza well done and wings. The pizza was BARELY done let alone well done AND it didnt have the ingrediants on it how i asked for them to be. Plus it didnt have the salt on it. The wings were mushy and cold. With tip i paid $40 and called to inform them and they gave me a $5 credit! What a joke. I may be done with this place for good now

Vic Cassano would be ashamed of this store. 45 min wait for a dine in order, just to have the pizza that came out not be the one I ordered. At least what they brought me was tasty. Sadly I think I’d opt for Marion’s Pizza in place of this dining establishment again. Maybe one of the other Cassano locations is better as I really like Cassano pizza. If corporate is reading this y’all need to get this store into shape. Also the ice machine is dirty…gross health violation.

Ordered 4 sandwiches and they couldn’t get one right. Ordered ham sub got some kind of chicken sub, Ordered steak sub got some kind of nasty lunch meat sub Ordered another steak sub it was cold and nasty they didn’t even put it in the oven last a ham Cassini didn’t have but 2 strips of lettuce had ham but no sauce and it was cold. Was informed the store was closed ‘sorry about that ‘ guess that is the customer service we received. We’ll guess it’s back to Domino’s and pizza hut for us.

This Cassanos location is a disgrace to the name.
Vic Cassano would turn over in his grave to see what these folks serve as food.
Tried carryout this time; since delivery is always 90 minutes and never fresh.
Pizza was still stale and cold and looked like it had been dropped and shoved back in the box.
Half of the toppings were slid off and it wasn’t even cut.
I would have blamed a driver if I hadn’t carried this home on my own lap.
They forgot a sauce that I was charged extra for, again, and every time before.
The wings were so sloppily prepared they were inedible. Again.
I’ll never order from this location again.

So I don’t know how to do a follow up on my original review from 17 hours ago. But this morning I called back in and spoke with customer service again at 10:30 AM when they opened expressed my experience from last night that is in my previous review. She let me talk to a customer service manager And that manager from customer service emailed Kaitlynn, who is apparently the district manager for the Fairborn, Ohio location she just called me. It is 3:37 PM right now the following day so we spoke at about 2:15 PM. Basically what Kaitlynn told me was this our company policy if you want a refund that you have to bring back 75% of the product well, you guys didn’t tell me that last night I explained to her. She says she’ll do a store credit for $63 and some change. I explained to her that’s not gonna be sufficient because I don’t plan on coming back. Again, she said if you want to refund bring back 75% of the product. We will give you a full refund and I explained to it’s in the trash and she goes well. You can go collect it and bring it back and it has to be at least 75% and you’ll get a refund so I politely told her “as applied as I could at the time“ that their customer service is complete crap and that I would never think about asking a paying customer to go dig food out of the trash from a day prior to receive a refund. So I don’t know if this review helps anyone, but if they should make a mistake on your food essentially they will keep your money and tell you to kick rocks I won’t be back and my opinion everyone reading this review shouldn’t go or give them any of your money that you work hard for every day !Thanks

Cassano’s!!! Where do I start. Well first of all NOTHING compares to the delicious taste of that salty, greasy yet crispy, thin crust pizza they serve! Chefs kiss* I haven’t had this in awhile and now I’m mad at myself. Definitely going to be ordering again soon! Not to mention there subs are also very good and I loved their breadsticks. Recommend this classic place to anyone wanting a pizza night!!!

I ALWAYS hit this spot when I’m back home. This is the BEST pizza in the Dayton area. Place was busy and packed, but the staff was nice and was working hard to get the pizzas out !!! Will ALWAYS return !!!

I have been eating here for 30 years never have I ever had a bad experience. Until today ($60 worth of garbage that’s not even edible for a $10 store credit )called in to voice my opinion and get a refund. I cannot be more disappointed customer service was absolutely unprofessional rude and sent me to a voicemail. When I called back I received the same unpleasant and unprofessional service. I will call back tomorrow during business hours and hopefully get this resolved. Everyone from the Fairborn store to the customer service needs dealt with.

We ordered a pizza and was told it would be ready in a half hour. Pickup not delivery. We were a little late picking it up, but apparently they had sent it out to someone else. The guy working the counter was very apologetic and had a new deluxe pizza made in 6 minutes! And they gave us a complimentary order of beadsticks. So it was ok. The guy at the counter deserves a raise though.
