I ordered the Fan favorite box and kid you not, THREE pieces of chicken was missing. I was supposed to get 4 and only got 1 Thigh!!! I looked through all the boxes and bags and nowhere to be found. Was supposed to storm later that day so I couldn’t even send my fiancé back to them. Thankfully the app had given me free food so there was enough food for everyone. Check your food before you leave!

Is this an April fools joke? I ordered 5 tacos and they came with BARELY any meat. None of them were filled. This is the second time I’ve ordered from here, and I wasn’t surprised to see the hundreds of 1 star ratings this place has.
As for the other two people I was with, their chicken breast was fresh, however their chicken legs seemed like they were thrown in a microwave or some sort.
I’m surprised this place is still going even after the terrible reviews. Learn to do better.
Sidenote: the bathrooms have no paper towels and the drink dispensers are dirty. If you’re gonna eat at taco bell, go an extra 5 miles because they do so much better and give exactly what you paid for.

This is the worst food I have ever been bought from KFC. It took 30 minutes to get the chicken and it was cooked in bad oil. I bought 1 pinto and cheese and the beans were so dry and no sauce. I had to add cheese, salt and sauce to the beans. I threw the chicken away.

If I could rate a zero I would. Went thru the drive thru and ordered a meal. Pulled up to take a fry & piece of chicken out the box and it was burnt and dark. I parked and went inside and asked for a refund and the person upfront pointed to a sign that’s on the counter and NOT in the drive thru that says they don’t refund if you aren’t satisfied with your order and that they would replace. If you messed up my order why would I want anything else from you? No manager came to dress my complaint. Second of all I was told they had fresh chicken coming up and they was remaking it. I watched chicken being taken right out the the chicken case and I assumed it was redropped because the entire inside of my box, fries and biscuit was greasy and soggy. I will Never shop there again and I will be contacting the Health Department for the mishandling of food.

I ordered through Uber eats to the hotel im staying at,delivery time was on point,not long at all.
But the food was horrific, everything was cold,drink was watered down,the biscuits was like hockey pucks.
I threw away all most all of it.

Do not go to this KFC if you can at all avoid it the order is never correct. I’ve ordered several times. I’ve lived up here for seven years and when my order is actually correct it’s a shock.

We come here often and usually order a lot (we are a family of 7). In the beginning food was mediocre and employees/management were more than happy to accommodate if something was wrong. Now that this has been a repeat of barely adequate food, I don’t think we’ll be back. They are always out of everything, don’t tell us until after we pay, food is always old and cold, and to top it off they substitute what they want without telling you when they are out of something. In place of a cookie for the fill up box, the stuck a hard dried out biscuit in a box. I wouldn’t have ordered the fill up if this was the case. So this particular night they were out of mild sauce, cookies and chicken pot pies. And whoever made the spicy bowl went overboard with the hot sauce and it was all over the place including other food items. I think I’ll go closer to my house next time to the popeye’s and taco Bell on 40.
