As usually they say that they are open until 10pm but it’s not true, they have pizza hut open to sell personal pizza and that’s it, no KFC because everything is already clean so they can get out on their time. The company should pay the workers until 11pm so they could serve the customer’s properly and after they close they clean.

At the moment there was no fried chicken and the cashier with yellow and purple hair served us terribly. He didn’t listen to what we were ordering and he didn’t speak clearly either. Terrible service. In addition, I waited a long time for some chicken strips. I don’t recommend him.

PSA: THIS IS A HIGH VOLUME EXPRESS LOCATION IN A SHARED BUILDING!!! By extension, this location doesn’t have limited time items, specials or deals, pot pies, specialty wings, or wedges, and all chicken is original recipe only. The app is not supported here. Prices will be higher than most locations, wait times may be long due to busses full of customers and/or rush hour traffic, and staff usually doesn’t have time for conversation. That said, the food is decent, and the building is quite nice, though the lobby gets hot in the summer and the restrooms get cold in winter.

Extremely crowded . Slow service . Stopped here for a quick lunch but took forever . I think it is better to go to KFC 5-6 mins away in the next exit … travel plaza had Tesla charging and we had to come here because of that .Food is ok.

Old, greasy, and stale food. The chicken is extremely old, chewy, and covered in grease to the point where it is wet. The fries are soft and not crunchy, and did i mention everything is covered in grease? The biscuit was clearly left out under a heating lamp because it was dry as sand while also somehow hard as a rock. The soda was flat and 90% water and somewhat warm. The only good thing about this place is the napkins, oh wait no its not because they didn’t even have any. KFC should really keep a quality control for their locations especially for ones like these. Genuinely inedible food, This KFC was so bad, their slogan should be ‘Finger-Lickin’ Regret.’ I in no way was licking my fingers, I was wiping them in disappointment.

This place is the worst ever ,the guy that was cooking the chicken on Wednesday July 16th,2025 ..I came in around 6pm.There was a one cashier ..the guy was walking from the back of the kitchen to counter slamming people orders down on the counter..He kept walking and forth”135 ,132 order 133..” He met his gaze and he gave me a dirty look..So I just walked out . Why would I allow someone like that to prepare my food..You guys suck…I hope you business fails for having such a horrible le worker

This place is absolutely horrible, bugs on the counter, person taking my order forced me to pay tip and charged me 7 dollars extra for nothing and refused to fix it. Ordered chicken strips and got a cut up old chicken patty. I am absolutely disgusted and it changed my view on KFC entirely. This place needs shut down
