I used to drive through Saturday December 21st about 5:00 p.m. . I ordered a mountain dew lightning the mountain dew lightning. it didn’t quite taste like it normally does, a little bit watered down. For my meal I ordered the KFC famous bowl. It was okay not any better than any other gas station food in the area. The chicken was on the dry side like it had been sitting out for a while. Then I had the chocolate chip mini cake. It was moist and sticky. Not bad overall but certainly not fresh. The person running to drive through was pleasant. No issues there at all. They did get my order correct. However the food just wasn’t that great to be honest. Is other people have mentioned in their reviews KFC definitely needs to step up their game because the local gas stations are beating them out on their chicken and sides. If someone asked me if I want chicken I would have to debate whether we went to one of the local gas stations or this KFC.

Why have a phone number? If all you are going to do. Is answer on the first or second ring. And not say anything? Frustrating when you’re trying to get an order fixed, have a question, etc. This is why so many businesses lose business. Poor Customer Service.

Ms.Ana and and Ms.Angela does an Excellent job and is very detailed with my order. There customer service skills are off the charts. They keep the establishment very clean and family friendly. Tonight, I found a long black curly hair that does not belong to myself nor my daughter in my chicken. I literally pulled it out of my mouth! I immediately called that store and talked to Anna who hung up on my twice after I explained the problem. I am disgusted and can not believe it happened and was treated that way.

I tried to order the famous bowl $7 fill up and the cahsier couldnt understand what i wanted then told me to pull forward before i could finish ordering my meal. Then i ordered to mountain dulew sweet lightings and was given one regular mountain dew. The cashier had a but of an attitude and was almost rushing me thru the drive thru. No one was even behind me.

A lady of the drive through is so rude she don’t even let me finish talking and she interrupted me so rudely a blonde lady with another Hispanic lady . If u have problems please do not bring that to work . Horrible costumer service once I was going to pay she keep rolling her eyes at me
