Went with the family to have a quick dinner. Walked to door it was unlocked. Got to counter lady looked at us like we was crazy and said they was only serving drive through. I said well can I still order in here. She said yea but you will wait our drive thru customers come first…. Why not just lock the doors or put a note on the door. Won’t be back. Horrible service.

Open the lobby and open the buffet. What a waste of staff and eating space. If you are Drive Thru only then put a sign up or move to a different location. Sonic or really anything would be better than KFC in Cumberland. LaVale has a KFC and it’s 5 miles away.

Stopped after work to pick up dinner for my wife and I. Went inside to place order only to see 5 employees standing around talking and another employee telling me I wasn’t allowed to come inside to order. Why not? It’s obviously not because they are short staffed like they’ve been telling people, if they’ve got 5 employees standing there talking.
