Chicken clearly was sitting to long. The meat was very dry and leaking brown grease like the refried it. Mac and cheese was nasty and looked like it was sitting all day. Total waste of my money!

I ordered 2 5pc tender meals with 2 sides. Charged almost $29.00 and it was the worse. The tenders were so hard that not even my dog would eat them. I called the store and the person on the phone asked me to come back. I did so and still received 2 4pc tender meals. The smallest tenders that they could give. Even though they were fresh this time because she had the lady make new one. I will never stop at KFC again. This place has sure went down hill.

Col. Sanders is rolling over in his grave. This chain is dead. It just has not been pronounced yet. Simple order yet missing two sides that were supposed be included with combo and drink. Now, the drink could have been the Seamless driver’s fault. But, the rest is on KFC. Food was mediocre.

Late night drive-thru staff was wonderful. The chicken was fresh and fully cooked, and the staff was very respectful. Certainly the best KFC in the Baltimore region.

I should have listened to the other reviewers. Great customer service and the fries were solid. However, the chicken was dry, small(see photos) and had very little flavor.

I ordered online for pick up to this location at night. We drove at the drive thru and the person that working at the window told us it should be ready 15mins but after 15mins they told us to wait for another 2 mins even though it says on my apps that it’s ready for pick up. We waited for more than 2 mins before our food became ready. It’s because only one person is working.

I went to this location on Hammond Ferry Road at this KFC, and it was very dirty. They overcharged me twice $30.07 the night before so I went back the next day to get a reimbursement of my money. I talked with the assistant supervisor who told me I had to wait for the supervisor. I waited for 45 minutes while she sat in her car she came in. I told her that the problem was that before I could even get it out she told me I wasn’t waiting on her. She doesn’t run that store. She’s there temporarily which had nothing to do with me in my money. She proceeded to go over to assistance Supervisor, and started talking to her and ignored me so I went over there to listen and she said excuse me can I help you funny the attitude the atmosphere was definitely at a 0% it got to the point where I had to ask her can they refund my money back to my card instead of doing so she ignored me and told me to get out the store that she was gonna call the police. I told her I would wait for the police to arrive in which I did outside. The police pulled up. I told her the situation and that they charged me twice on my card and that’s just trying to explain to this active supervisor what was going on and that she was very belligerent and nasty and I will never go there again. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to The restaurant is a zero for me. I was on the phone with my Bank not to mention when she was doing all that and my bank said we’re just gonna refund your money. The lady is nasty. I just cannot believe it then God there was a customer that overheard everything and she spoke well to the police outside. Whoever is the general manager of that establishment they used to train or get rid of certain people who work. It’s been a long time ruining their business.!

I went to the nursery road kfc. Gave me a 9 piece nugget which is not even on the menu, I ordered a chicken sandwich, and the receipt said chicken sandwich also. Also, food made me sick. This is the second time a KFC has made me sick, the veteran hwy one made me sick about 3-4 months ago. I mean 5-10 minutes after eating I was sick.
