I placed an order in, the drive through for an 8 piece nugget meal and the person who took my order said that it comes with 2 sides and I told him the side orders that I wanted and also asked about a big box and what it contained and he said it consists of 2 pieces of chicken and 2 sides with a drink. I told him my 2 sides and drink and told him I had a coupon for that. He said ok. There was a bit of a heavy accent from the person who was in the drive through taking my order and I had to repeat my order several times but then he said drive around for the total. When I pulled up it sounded like he said my total was $15.76, so I gave him my debit card and he handed my card back but no receipt. A few minutes he came back with a very large order and I said what it that, because I only ordered two meals and upon checking in the bag I see a receipt that says $50.76!!! I told him that the order was wrong because I wanted an 8 piece nugget meal and he argued with me saying that I asked for an 8 piece meal! I asked for a refund and he told me that they don’t issue refunds and to come inside. So I came inside and reiterated that I wanted a 8 piece nugget meal and he told me that I never asked for a nugget meal and that I was lying about what I ordered. I said why would I take the time to argue about an order that was supposed to be correct?! He said again that they don’t give any refunds and I needed to contact corporate! I called corporate and they were only able to take my information and the operator said that someone would get in touch with me, but not sure when or if they would provide a refund! Smh. And the icing on the cake was that once I looked at the meals, they didn’t even give me biscuits and instead gave me sesame sandwich buns because they were out of biscuits and didn’t even notify me that they has no more biscuits! Customer service was horrible! 10 out of 10 don’t recommend this freaking place!

After a long day I wanted a chicken pot pie that reminded me of the old Boston market pies, if not better. After searching I found a location nearby which was the Marlboro Pike location. I went through the drive-thru and the server was very pleasant and I received my order in record time. The pie was piping hot and had a beautiful brown crust. Once I pierce the shell my perception changed. It contained a large portion of the classic sauce, a quarter of a potato chopped in small cubes, 6 slices of carrots, 5 round peas and 1 small slither of a piece of chicken.
The entire cavity was hollow except for the sauce and it tasted more like potato soup with a few veggies. The crust on the other hand was excellent. If it had been a generous portion of all ingredients including shredded chicken to feel the cavity it would have been worth the investment. But for $8 and some change it was not worth the time or the experience. I don’t know if their chicken pot pies are made on site or shipped in. These should not be sold to the public because this is false advertising. I would love to post the pictures, but I don’t see a link for it.

I normally order and pickup my order. I decided to have my order delivered. What I notice when I received my food was the box was not sealed and my drink was not sealed. For safety reason please seal the food and drink so no one would tamper with it. Place a label where the straw goes and 2 labels to the lid and cup on both sides. Place labels on the box to seal the food or the bag after you tie it up. Just a recommendation.

Drive-Thru service was great. My original chicken was crunchy, it tasted like leftover chicken, not fresh, my french fries was crunchy and over cooked, not good at all. Also, I did not receive my receipt.

I am pissed!!!!! I’ve never been so DISAPPOINTED in KFC’s chicken, after ordering thru Uber eats, and having paid damn near $50 bucks for an 8 piece meal, it was disgusting. ABSOLUTELY NO KFC special tasting seasoning. I can’t send it back, will receive NO REFUND…never AGAIN FROM THIS LOCATION. This particular store should CLOSE!!!!!!!!!

I just came from getting my food from the drive way I reached out to the restaurant 5 times no answer. They gave me molded bread. And can’t give me all y 12 pieces of chicken I asked for French fries and got coleslaw. I’m wondering how long have they had the bread or keep it because my shit has mold on it and if I wasn’t cautious or if my kids feed themselves they could have possibly ate molded bread.

Consistent chain fried chicken spot. If you like KFC, the chicken is normally fresh,hot and delicious. The sides are decent and the customer service is very good. It’s a good option if you want chicken but don’t feel like cooking it yourself.

Went to KFC tonight and was sold chicken from some some other place! Not sure where they got this chicken but it was not KFC maybe from Golden Skillet or the Chicken band Waffle place in the same block! It was hard dry and not fresh. The employees must have been anxious to leave early or believe they can sell you anything in this area and you’re not supposed to notice?! I contacted the main office; will Yelp this location and write an email to corporate! Completely unacceptable!

The young lady Natasha has broken a lifetime KFC service record for the fastest I got my order ever this place has been the worst for being slow as hell or not having certain parts of the chicken that I like so Popeyes alway got my business but never again it’s back to KFC for me thank you Natasha for being great at what you do.
