Ordered a 8 piece meal extra crispy. Was given 8 piece original. While I was ordering i specifically asked make sure that there was two breasts.. after 45 min of waiting I finally got my piece. Took home and open it and and was no breasts so two people of my did not get eat. This the third time that this has happened.

They said it was no longer a kfc, and they were going to be a taco bell. I ask where the next nearest KFC is, and she told me where it was and that one also is closed and will be only a Taco Bell. If this is all true, the company could at least update their web pages So people don’t go out of the way to visit the location.

The worst fast food place ever. They never have anything ready the wait is ridiculous. I have been here 2 times and both times I had to wait 15mins for something. Go to a restaurant to go. You will pay as much and have better quality for the wait. Only good thing is the 2nd time today, the staff was pleasant

This restaurant has the worst customer service. I placed my order through the app at home and arrived about 35 minutes later to ensure it would be ready, since the app estimated 20–30 minutes. When I got to the drive-thru, I was told my order wasn’t ready and that there would be an additional 20-minute wait for extra crispy chicken.
I agreed to switch to original chicken and was told to park and wait 5 minutes. I waited 10 minutes, then went inside, only to be told there was still a wait.
To make matters worse, I couldn’t receive a refund because the order was placed online, and trying to resolve it through customer support was a hassle due to automated bots. Overall, a very frustrating experience and extremely poor customer service.

I ordered a potpie… most things are great at KFC. What happened? No disrecpect to KFC nor the emplyees, all fantastic. First time trying the potpie. Please throw in the trash not the streets, birds dont derserve to taste that. To the board that agreeded to sell this, yall have lost your souls and tastebuds. Shame on you.

I was there to pick up some food as a DoorDash driver around 11:15 in the morning and it was a small order and I waited and waited and waited. The staff seemed very in disinterested. The one young woman was having a discussion apparently with her boyfriend. There was no ice in the soda machine and a couple of older people told them and they did nothing. Another customer stood there waiting to order and then after about five minutes, he walked out. There was also a There was also a very large order for Uber eats that had been sitting there for over 30 minutes. I assume that driver gave up waiting and left. After about 20 minutes, I finally got the food.

I stopped in at Kentucky Fried Chicken on the spur of the moment. Had a taste for their great tasting Pot Pies! Also placed an order for a friend for their Famous Fried Chicken!
The food was. Fresh, Delicious! I was so moved by the Service given.

Food is OK, if you can get your food, if you don’t wait 30 minutes or more. Just walked out without it actually since I waited half an hour, and I had groceries in the car. I stopped at rofo to get papsi to make my own Pepsi with cream since they couldn’t provide me with one.

Absolutely fed up with the ongoing incompetence of this place. It makes no difference whether the restaurant is slammed or nearly empty—the service is consistently terrible. I only come here when I’m with my kids, and 9 times out of 10, the order is either wrong or missing items entirely. Today was no different. I made the mistake of trusting the staff and didn’t check the bag before leaving—my fault, sure—but why should I have to double-check basic competence?
Of course, key items were missing despite being paid for. I don’t have the time or patience to go back and deal with another line to fix your screw-up. We left and spent more money elsewhere—faster, better, and correct. This place has lost my business for good.
