The other option is Nathan’s rd or whatever in Del, which make people ask how did KFC get so bad. This place is always ready with my order, whether I go pick it up or have it delivered. Just got it fresh at 1pm. I will usually order later at night, but then they usually always are able to fulfill my order and the food be good. Sometimes the biscuits could be more done, a common KFC issue, if you ask me.

KFC has been advertising the pot pie hard.I did a mobile order for 2 meals. A pot pie meal and a 4 piece tender meal. Got the and they told me they were out of the pastry top for the pot pie. This Brookhaven location is always out of something. So I had to get something else. Also the chicken tender were definitely old and way over cooked. Took one bit and tossed them. A I a famous bowl as replacement for the pot pie . He said I throw some extra mash and chicken in there for me. There was only 4 nuggets of chicken in the bowl. Ridiculous. This KFC in Brookhaven for years has given a bad name to the brand and would be better off closing down. Rather drive to Springfield. Very disappointing.

Cool so it’s 11:33am on July 13th. I literally JUST left the KFC/Taco Bell. I usually go at night with my husband bc we love the lady who is usually there however the morning shift people are different from the night shift COMPLETELY. I went there with intentions of getting the build your own craving box and the drive thru person said they don’t have it. I said okay let me look for something else. In the meantime my husband ordered a two piece meal and got a drink. I was still trying to figure out what I wanted. The drive thru person on the speaker says “I’m not trying to be rude or disrespectful but we’re on a timer so you know what you want?” Mind you I work at another fast food place I’m aware of the timers for drive thru but you just told me you don’t have what I wanted so I have to have time to order. I then decide to go with the crunch wrap supreme. We come around to the window and he gives us our total I say to the drive thru person the number 4 right ? He says you wanted the meal? I said yes please he sighed and then inserted the meal I asked for a raspberry tea with no ice for the drink he says okay and we park for them to bring it out. My husbands chicken was fine and correct. However his fries were cold, old and greasy and my crunch wrap was thrown together with black marks on it from an unclean grill and falling apart in the bag. I usually go there and always have exceptional service but this morning I was beyond disappointed.

Horrible just horrible. I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru just for them to give me the wrong order. I will never go here again. Workers don’t care about quality service. Stay far away from here. Pathetic.

Not fast food. Bless the kid at the drive thru. Need more staff how is something advertised not ready for orde? How do 3 customers in a row have to be told to pull around. Chicken fingers were lukewarm so were the fries. Soda tasted like chlorinated water. No wonder they no longer provide refunds last time I stop here

Professional staff had the place running like a well oiled machine. Very short wait during a busy time. Only complaint is the chicken was a bit greasy, but compared to other KFCs I have been to, the staff was superior.

Absolutely the worst fast food experience of my life. I arrived at 6:40, entered the restaurant to find pure chaos: 15 customers standing around griping about the wait for their food, no one taking orders at the register, and DoorDash and UnerEats drivers frantically trying to contact their customers saying food is unavailable, requesting substitutions. I should have left at that point but didn’t. Instead I ordered and paid on the app and got an estimated ready time of 6:46 to 6:56. I stood inside throughout that window of time and never saw a single order completed for any of those waiting before me. At 6:56 my app notified me that my order was ready for pickup. Still no one at the register or in the front of the restaurant at all. I finally flagged down one of the food preparers to ask about my order”ready” order and was told that it was not ready and in fact of the four things I ordered, two (pot pie and potato wedges) were not available at all that evening and the other two (chicken) were backed up at least an hour with all the people standing around ahead of me waiting for chicken. I asked to cancel the order but they will not do that at the restaurant. The app has no cancel option although the chat function says that it does. The chat function also has no agents available to chat ever. Rather than wait longer than another hour I left with no food and there still is no way to get a refund. Absolutely will never visit this KFC EVER AGAIN.

I ordered a chicken chalupa(no sour cream or tomato)and a dorito taco. They had me pull to the front to wait. I waited for 10min and my chalupa was beef(chicken costs more than beef). I go inside to get it fixed and all the workers were in the back of the store sitting down ignoring me. I had to say “Hello” to even be acknowledged. Then I had to yell the problem to them because they wouldn’t come to the counter. After he fixed my chalupa I left and got halfway home before I realized there’s Sour cream and Tomato on it . So I drive back and at this point I want my money back. When I got back in there the staff were talkimg and cursing (manager included) and ignored me. When I asked for a refund they all gave me dirty looks and the manager rudely said “Oh we don’t do refunds”. Which I know is a lie. She the had the boy remake something I didn’t even want anymore. Not saying that anybody has to stop going there but I will never return. 0-10 experience. Especially when the prices have gone up and I had to wait 10 minutes for 2 items.
