Where to begin. Walked in to door to the counter and only say one poor kid working with no one else to be found. The kid was finally able to take my order after he helped the drive thru and packaged orders. The floors were so greasy. There was a female employee that appeared in the dining room that picked up up a try but couldn’t bother wiping any surfaces off. Everywhere in the place was dirty or had crumbs.

Your Eynon location should be studied. And I too should be examined by scientists from every field of study for allowing myself to keep returning there again and again. I have been there 20+ times in the last 3+ years and not once has my order been correct, let alone timely. Could be I’ve fallen victim to the law of large numbers in the most maddeningly mundane way possible or perhaps you go out of your way to hire the most incompetent crew working in the most inefficient environment in all of existence. Are they dumb? Do you set them up for failure? A little of both? Something else entirely? I truly do not know. I am baffled each time I return, yet I have secretly begun looking forward to see what exactly they will mess up. Forget items entirely? Make the order wrong despite minimal customization options? Give me the wrong order? Spill gravy all over the contents of the bag? Misplace my order entirely? Every time I think they can’t find a new way to mess something up, they do. How are they in business? Why am I so compelled to return? Am I alone in this insanity? Isn’t comfort food supposed to be comforting? In a world where everything is getting worse, could you perhaps at least act like you’re trying to be better?

me and my family have been going here for years now seeing and knowing what I do never again. there hot water is constantly going out so there washing dishes and sanatizing those same dishes in cold water. they failed inspection due to high volumes of mice poop. mice poop which was also above there food line and to clean it off had to brush it down over the food. they never wear hairnets or beard nets. only a few employees use gloves when making food. they always mess up orders and when you respectfully bring back the order and nicely say they messed up they snap on you and call you a liar. I would never recommend this place to any one unless you are into rat poop burgers

Placed an order for 8 piece family meal with sides ask if I could get breasts and was told by a smart ass employee that every order would have 2 breasts 2 thighs etc. When we got home with food there was nothing but legs and thighs in the bucket and the sides and chicken was. ice cold. I will never get anything from Eyon KFC again. Very Very Disappointed

The food was hot, but we got gravy on everything including the chicken. The gravy was on top and not sealed well. The paper bag pretty much disintegrated. Also, the prices were misleading..it looked like the family meal was one price, but it ended up being about 20 dollars more because that price was for chicken only. It’s not a family meal if it’s chicken only. The sides weren’t even full. I like KFC, but really?

My family and I went to the KFC in eynon and were greeted over the speaker by the new manager, Brandon (AKA Two Tender Timmy). He was so funny, cheerful and kind. It was the best drive thru experience I’ve ever had. Normally at drive thrus they either repeat your order super fast (and you pray they repeated it correctly), or they just have this “life sucks” tone in their voice. Not Brandon. He made it so light and fun… And got our order correct!

They WILL not put your sauces in the bag unless you remind them 30 times. Past 3 times they forgot mine and I live 15 minutes away. Too far to drive just for sauce. That and they take minutes to answer you at the drive through when there’s only 2-3 people in line. A shame because the food actually isn’t bad.

Worst “fast food” place around. Needs to be closed immediately. Staff are all rude and the food is trash. Place is dirty, The orders are never right, and it’s wildly overpriced for such an awful experience. Close the doors already, clearly nobody wants to work there.
