2nd time ordering here and definitely my last. First time they missed a few items in my order I called and they said they would “fix” it next time I would order. I no longer live in town so i decided to do Uber Eats thinking they can’t mess up, I was wrong. I should’ve known they would also miss a few items in my order. I ordered the chicken and tender feast which includes 6 chicken pieces and 6 tenders and two large sides. I did not receive the tenders. I paid a little over $40 for the meal only to have half of it missing. Did I mention they also forgot one of the large sides? Yup. Disappointed. Never again. If I could give this place -100000000000/10 I would. They really need to triple check the bags before sealing them and giving them to the customer and/or delivery drivers.

The restroom was filthy. Felt like I was in a crack/heroine house bathroom. Restaurant wasn’t that clean either. Waited 40 minutes for 12 PCs. Of chicken. Chicken was very greasy and over fried. Got the bottom of the barrel with all the burnt up PCs. Yuk!

So not only did they not have chicken this happened three times in a row now but the women who was taking the order in drive thru had a whole attitude for no reason cutting my mom off. I then tried calling to make a complaint they answer I couldn’t hear them then they hung up then declined my call when I tried again. It’s highly unprofessional that employees act this way

Not what you would expect. Slow service, friends of the staff were a bigger draw than paying customers. They were sitting with feet on the tables … lovely. Service was very slow and unwilling to swap out a side. Inside needs a good cleaning and duct tape covering several seats further adds to the poor atmosphere. A definite avoid in my book.
And despite leaving online feedback and asking for a follow-up, silence from KFC.

The worst experience at any fast food restaurant ever. I ordered a 8pcs meal which was 23.49 ouch it was to come with a large mash and gravy and mack and cheese and Biscuits. Please look at photos. Potatoes bearly half full. 2 of the 4 pieces eaten last night were raw in the middle.. I ended up throwing the rest of the chicken away. The second item ordered was a 5 piece chicken tender meal. The drive thru person suggested the 6 tender a la carte because wife did not really need the slides. The a la cart turned out to be 11.99 more then the tender meal deal. When she sits down to eat them they turn out to be tiny like nugget tiny. You spend 37.61 on a meal an are totally disappointed. I will never stop in that chain again anywhere anytime.

This place is so dirty inside and smells terrible. I immediately wanted to leave once I walked in, I was afraid to touch anything. The box the nuggets came in completely fell apart in my lap. The sauce container was full of oil and busted all over me when I opened it. I took one bite and ended up throwing everything away I was so frustrated and the bite I did have was nasty. The chicken was chewy and the sauce was terrible just full of oil.

Alright, so we pulled Into the parking lot and my girlfriend and her sister were going in to order their food. When they came back and opened everything up, this is all that was in my girlfriends bowl. So all three of us decided to go in and tell them about it. They said that THIS was the portion size they were suppose to be handing out. Alright, already my girlfriend was pretty dissapointed but its alright, if thats all they’re allowed to portion then thats fine. Well her sister got more than her so we asked if they could fill hers up just a little more and the manager scoffed and said “Oh my god”. Look, if the staff ever read this review, we werent mad about the portions, but i got really mad when she said that. If you are gonna work at KFC, or any job really, do it right the first time and your customers will be a lot less “annoying” in the long run. The guy who gave us the new bowls was nice and apologized to us, so at least some of the staff there care about their jobs. If you want good food then by all means come to KFC, im not at all telling you to avoid this place, but get ready for some pathetic service.
Edit: 3 years later we’ve been broken up for 2 years. Still not changing my review but I am now glad they screwed her over

If i could give it 0 stars I would. And we didn’t even order food. Walked in, was slapped in the face with a stench of dirty carpets. Turned around and walked out. On the way out I glanced at the floor. Filth everywhere. Especially around the garbage can. Like months of not even attempting to clean. Ew
