I stopped to pickup dinner quick on my way home from work, I then drove all the way home 40 min just to find out they didn’t give me the famous bowl I had ordered with my combo meal for my wife. Not a good start to my Friday evening. Paid $21 for only a 3pc chicken combo meal. Not only that, but she is pregnant and was craving a famous bowl. Thanks a lot….

I’m very disappointed that I spent over $40.00 for food that was not edible. Tried to go inside and had an employee point towards the drive thru. Go through the drive thru and place my order. As I paid I heard the employees talking on Spanish to make sure no one comes in. Received my food and went home. When I went to eat the chicken the batter was raw then you cut the chicken open and it was raw every single piece I bought 5. The mash potatoes were cold and tasted horrible the corn was dry. Never again will I buy food there.

Yesterday I stop at KFC, because I was about to collapse from walking to drop off a box to Mail Dock to be sent by UPS and I was very hungry so I crossed the road and stopped at KFC.
I have to admit I was very impressed by the staff, because they were only two female staff members running KFC and I was very impressed by these two women, and my order was perfect the chicken was hot and perfect cooked and the fries was very hot, but the food was exquisite. The two staff members were two female Spanish ladies and they were very professional at their positions and only having two people runs a restaurant like KFC. I was amazed. I did see people come in to KFC and the customers some complaints, but some people can be very rude at times. Those two Spanish ladies really had me impressed by how they both ran KFC and only being the two working that day.

The place looks dark in the parking. The restaurant needs some remodeling. Customer service sucks! The greeting on the intercom was”what do you want?” Later the employee asked me to come inside to wait for my order because they were busy. Not knowing that I wasn’t dressed properly to go inside and had my 82 pounds dogs with me in the car… I said I can’t. First time in KFC Lebanon horrible experience

KFC is my favorite food. I get it 2x a yr. This past week, was the BEST EVER (service ESP.) Ive ever had at any KFC. The manager was THE BEST!❤️ She went the XTRA mile for me ; CHEERFUL, She knew her stuff ! smart, quick, efficient. THAT’S RARE NOWADAYS, ya know?! not to mention the chicken was TOPS TOO. Went to this location for the spicy nuggets, they don’t have them. Okay. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and well the picture speaks for itself. The chicken was NOT tender it was rubbery! Didn’t even finish the meal!! Save your money!!!

They had a 22 min wait to get chicken and the restaurant was empty. When i drove past the window to leave I saw a worker there dancing, you guys gotta fire and clean house that restaurant and get people that actually work. I did a side-by-side comparison with the Popeyes chicken sandwich and the KFC chicken sandwich. They are so close in quality and taste that I have to say I’m pleased that KFC has come out with this chicken sandwich. Two thumbs up!
