Placed an online order. They didn’t have biscuits at the time and they were making more, I was given the choice to wait or they were kind enough to offer their apple pies as a alternative. I decided to try the pies as I have not ever had one and I was happy I did. Great job on the customer service. I missed my delicious biscuit but the pies were a welcomed upgrade.

I don’t like giving bad reviews and low stars, and I’ve been in this KFC. Probably 30 times and the staff has no leadership very rude at times pushy, I would not recommend going to this K. FC go across the street. The hosses steak house. You’ll probably spend the same amount of money. But when you walk in there, you’re gonna get a smile. A whole, how are you doing a friendly environment?This KFC it’s none of that the worst KFC I have ever been to in my entire life. I literally watched a fight. And there are about two months ago, with two employees. So I would not take my kids in there. I wouldn’t take anybody in there to tell you the truth. So, and again I hate giving bad review but it is what it is.And you’ve given him two stars, it’s really pushing it for me

Received excellent, fast, and friendly services. Order was perfect, food was hot. HOWEVER, I tried to call to let them know how good they did. (They were not busy at that time. ) Twice I called and they acted like they couldn’t hear me, hanging up on me. So, my daughter tried to call. The first time, it went to fax machine. The second time it said their number was not accepting calls from her number. The 3rd attempt again went to fax. 4th try back to their number not accepting calls from her number and the last try their system was tracking her number. WTH, just answer your phone. We were in the parking lot and I then realized they hadn’t given me my drink. I went inside and spoke to one lady who was not taking orders. She treated me like i was lying, “What drink, what are you talking about?” The person taking orders recognized me and quickly gave me a cup.

This place refused to upcharge my order and add legs or thighs in replacement of the wings in an 8 piece meal. Not happy at all! What restaurant or fast food joint in this country forces food upon you to eat that you don’t want when you are paying and even offering to pay more?! The answer; this place!! Will be headed over to Giant Eagle for fried chicken from now on where they will actually serve me what I request. Literally any place but here will not force food on you that you don’t want to eat. Just sad.

the staff at the Meadville KFC must not know what a Combo meal is suppose to come with or is, I ordered a combo instead charged for the sandwich and drink separately and no fries, which came out to be more then the combo would have been. Got everything I paid for but would’ve been nice to have gotten what I ordered, if it was a crazy rush time it would be more understandable.

I had Put in an online order didn’t get the $2 worth of sauce I paid for, while that isn’t the main issue I also didn’t receive the plates or silverware we requested, and the large gravy we ordered was a small. The fries have the taste and texture that they’ve been there for 30-40 minutes and I only live a few minutes away as well as the chicken we ordered was okay but was pretty greasy and the Mac and cheese had a mushy texture. Very disappointed I feel like I would have been better off going to the Walmart deli at the right time.

I went here and tried to order the Nashville hot chicken I had tried a couple years ago when asking if they still sold it I was told yes only to get chicken tenders with no Nashville hot sauce. Neither of our drinks came with straws and when we ordered a 3 price chicken we were only given 2 pieces. typically I hate when people get upset by poor customer service as a person who has worked in customer service however when I went to try to talk to them about it the doors were locked an hour early before they closed. They didn’t give us straws with the drinks either. So in total I was given less food than what I paid for and the wrong food that I paid for. I just wish that I would have been able to go in to correct the order because I couldn’t 1 star.
