The quality of fried chicken is horrible, I often find broken bones and recently a left in organ from failed preperation/cleaning. the overall texture/quality feels unnatural like they were fattened up with chemicals and ooze liquid, as compared to natural high quality chicken.
I found a chicken kidney left inside of my 8pc chicken bucket. I went through customer service getting passed around representatives for 30 minutes to find out they can only refund half my money for there discusting mistakes.
If you HAVE to eat here, get anything other than the bone in fried chicken. Pot pie is ok and the chicken sandwich is decent quality but often comes with a stale bottom bun.
Never eating here ever again.

Number 1 grease is dirty! Number 2 did not have the chicken that I wanted! Number 3 service was very slow! Number 4 chicken very salty! I am a cook! Get someone who knows how to cook! Keep your oil CLEAN!

Sent my husband to get a dinner. This is what they gave us 4 small pieces that should not even be in adult dinner. The spoon was larger. O by the way they gave us no napkins or spoon or ranch. They are not friendly. Will stick with DQ. Better food and service.

Visited KFC a few days ago as I had a hankering for it and it was on my way to where I was going. The store was very nice, clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. Plenty of parking including handicapped. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will visit again!

ordered 2 for one famous bowl on Uber eats. only sent 1 famous bowl. offered refund of $4.50 for missing item. no I have to order delivery again and pay 5+dollars in delivery fees again plus another 5 or 10 In tips. this KFC and Uber both suck.

If I could rate 0 I would every time me or my family have ever tried to get food from here they have left food out or have gotten the order completely wrong. Today I ordered over $70 worth of food for me and my family and I only got about $30 worth of the order. Im extremely disappointed. This place is not worth it. Go somewhere else or make it from scratch at home atleast at that point you will know what your getting.

The food was great and the service was good. The only issue I had was I couldn’t have a conversation with my husband, who was sitting right across from me. The music was playing quite loud and a kid was screaming and carrying on. We didn’t stay long. Nice place though.

Paying 50 dollars for a 16 piece chicken dinner with 4 large sides is an absolute disappointment. First, the girl had to find out if she even had enough chicken to serve me? It’s dinner time and you don’t have chicken? Second, the sides look like they would feed maybe 3 people. I ordered the large meal for 7 in my family. Eating take out is just complete idiocracy anymore. Not worth the money at all.
