Didn’t get what we ordered. Chicken was gummy,French frieS so hard I couldn’t chew. Had to ask for straws. Asked for ketchup and told to wait till counter person finished next order. Place has really decreased in service and quality.

Food is mediocre. Half the menu isn’t available most of the time. Employees come off rude, mean it’s fast-food and it sucks but don’t need to take it out on customers.
Also seen food handlers not wearing gloves, interior is rather unclean especially bathrooms, seating falling apart.

KFC Corporate should shut this place down. There online site does not work to order online. They don’t answer there phone. so I drive there 12 miles and get there at 9:57 and they are closed Odd they say there open till 10:30. Fine We just ate 2 day old coyote meat was just as good..

I would give 0 stars they are top slowest “fast food” joint in somerset as a door dasher time is money and if someone gives you a 7$ for kfc think twice you may be looking at up to 1 hour wait. Only resturaunt that I go to and they say they haven’t even received order yet.

Ordered food, and yes it was when they opened…there were other people ordering as well. The older woman at the counter was extremely rude and angry because they had just opened and were busy…then maybe get a different job ♀️ instead of taking it out on the customers!

Elizabeth needs to learn some customer service i have met trolls nicer then her she was very rude when we were ordering food and was mad we didn’t know what sides we wanted then ignored us when we asked for silverware
