We ordered a 6 pc tender deal. We only got 5. We also Ordered mashed potatoes and gravy. We didn’t get them We got fries and mac and cheese. The manager wouldn’t make it right and rude. This is what you get for $27.90. I will never order from Brockport KFC ever! I even have proof of order!!

So disappointed with my order this morning at the drive through. Staffs definitely need to be careful when handling food for sure. There was a strand of long hair in my food. That was disgusting

Ordered through the app at 9pm and got 6 things. This is what happened:
2 famous bowls: both had no cheese
Korean BBQ bowl: no pickles, made with wedges instead of fries and tenders instead of nuggets, and there was barely any sauce. Like, way less than what you would get in a dipping cup.
All 3 of those bowls had either overcooked or floppy chicken (technically cooked to temp but not crispy at all).
4 tenders were given instead of the 8 nuggets
Biscuit and 8 piece were fine (which is the only reason 2 stars were given).
When we rounded the drive through, the guy working the drive through was messing around with a friend in the truck in front of us at the window. When we got to the window, he practically shoved a bag of hot food through and said ‘Here you go.’
Now, not a lot of people would complain about getting tenders instead of nuggets, but as people that are tracking calories and macros and *PLANNED* this meal out to align with that, it’s pretty frustrating not getting what you ordered. There was no explanation of why there were these substitutions being made, and honestly I would have been more understanding if something was said because yes, food does run out, but in this case, it very much seems like they used whatever was already cooked.
I contacted customer support with all this info so we’ll see what happens. Most likely won’t be going here again.

Ordered 36 dollars of food and included in that was 8.99 plus tax for potato wedges and cheese. When I got home my family showed me the wedges were burnt. The entire (French fry) container was filled with burnt wedges. I took them back with the cheese for a refund and was told they were not able to refund the entire cost. Only half. Employee stated he was unable to ring up what I ordered and process the refund. At the time. All he was able to refund was 3.79. Don’t see us ordering from here again.

Went thru to get our replacement food from last time and told them what we wanted and went and parked and found out they gave us the wrong stuff again. Called about it and someone said they were the manager and said we were not being nice when all we were doing is asking for them to take care of the problem again that we would come back to have the meat replaced and they basically treated us with disrespect and hung up on us. We called back wouldn’t answer at first then finally the actual manager answered and took care of the situation. I appreciate the man who took care of us. But the other one who was rude Jeff i think he said his name was needs to have a talk to being rude to us all we asked is for what we paid for the last time we bought the meal and it was nasty! Asked for 1 extra crispy breast and wing and the 2 breast and wing to be original and got the crispy but not the original right it was all dark meat. I mean anybody would want what they ask for. Very disrespectful except for the man who actual did what we asked. Apparently just can’t come back again!

My husband and I had a nice Friday date night and decided to stop at KFC in Brockport. We ordered 2, 3 piece meals with extra sides. We used the kiosk to place our order. Once it was processed we waited 20 without any interaction from employees. Another customer came in behind us and waited 10 minutes before an employee came from the back. The young gentleman came from the back and finally asked if we were being taken care of. I told him we were waiting for our order from the kiosk. He said it would be out in a minute and then proceeded to hand me the cups for our drinks. The young lady finally came up front and said order for Dee( which was for me). When my husband and I got home which is 25 miles away, we opened the bag and found 1 meal with just our extra sides. They charged us $34 but in return only got half of what I ordered. We called them to tell them they messed up the order and all they could tell us was to take our name, put it on a list and drive back to get the rest. I am very dissatisfied with this place. If the employees paid more attention to their customers instead of fooling around in the back, I believe the service would have been better and my order would have been done right.

The only thing this kfc location is consistent at is incompetence. Was told to pull to the side of drive thru to wait for fries. Received order with fry boxes half full and cold fries? Drinks not filled all the way, one biscuit for two people, no nakins, and on top of that the order wasnt even correct. Meat is definitely not the same anymore either. I think they serving up bill gates printed chicken meat. These people could care less about providing you even a decent fast food experience

I have been eating this food since I was a kid, so a very long time. It’s so expensive and the portion sizes go down and the prices go up. Also, when I got food here the other day it was incredibly salty. I wish I could go back in time. It was so much better.

Just got home with our food. I ordered one of their large cakes since I haven’t had one in about 30 yrs. Opened the bag and found 10 small cookies instead.. Maybe let the customer know next time when you’re out of something. I could have gone to the store to buy cookies for less. I wouldn’t have left this review either if someone would have answered the phone.

Ordered the $20 chicken and “nuggets” fill up figuring I’d get 2 meals out of it. Got it home (10 minute drive) unloaded the nuggets onto a plate and threw the stale, inedible fries that even the dog wouldn’t touch away and then into the fridge the box went until about 7pm. Opened it up to reheat it took out 2 pieces of chicken and that’s when I noticed what looked like small grains of rice deep in the breading on the fried chicken. Upon further inspection they turned out to be fly eggs. Absolutely disgusted I snapped a few pictures and of course threw it away. Went back the next day and showed the manager who while of course appalled said the only thing she could do was offer to remake the meal, or credit my next meal (spoiler: there’s not going to be one) but she would not give a refund. She did take my info and claim she would pass it along to the district manager and had me email her the pictures as well but that was now 2 full weeks ago and nothing. Avoid at all costs.
