Waited for at least 8 minutes for someone to take our order. Very unfriendly cashier, forgot to give one of the items that were ordered, then forgot to include the eating utensils. The men’s restroom was filthy, paper towels all over the floor, water was on the floor creating a very slippery condition. Commode needed cleaning. Overall not a pleasant place to eat.

Good day! Today is Sunday, March 10th. The dinner crowd was bustling with activity, and there were five employees working diligently. The food was exceptionally delicious and served at an appropriate temperature. The newly introduced fries were particularly delightful.
While waiting inside the restaurant, I noticed that the drive-through consistently had a queue of four cars. As a result, I decided to use the app while in the store. Impressively, my order was ready precisely when the app indicated it would be. However, I must mention that I was not greeted by any staff members, which prompted me to use the app instead.

Food is great but there is a kid that was working the drive way thru and he is very rude. He did not say your welcome and had an attitude because HE forgot to put sauce and a biscuit in the bag.

Food prep takes an average amount of time.
Food quality is terrible compared to other KFC restaurants in the region. Food is often overcooked and dried out from sitting in their heating units for hours.
If possible, it is worth going to any other KFC or, honestly, literally any other restaurant.

There was macaroni in my mashed potatoes. Got a 3 piece original and the chicken was so full of dirty grease, I couldn’t eat it. I guess it’s worth the drive to Oneida to get Popeyes. You don’t get dirty grease all over the box there. That was NASTY.

So is it just me or is KFC disgusting now? Second time trying it and there’s a taste I don’t like at all. Extra crispy isn’t a thing anymore there and like I said the taste is horrible. Mobile order is never right.. so look before you leave

Everything has changed since new staff and management. Previous experiences there were less than satisfactory. Rude staff, long wait times at the drive thru, dried chicken, hard biscuits and warm coleslaw. Since new staff, the food meets the expected KFC quality, and the staff are pleasantly friendly and efficient.

I ordered a four piece combo from KFC with mashed potatoes and a biscuit. I go to bite into the chicken and it is PINK. Chicken is not supposed to be pink KFC, so is this what you serve customers? Instead of trying to rush an order, maybe let the chicken cook…fully? I hope no one else has this experience but beware of this KFC in Rome, NY.
