Great team members here who work hard and are always friendly even when they are getting slammed with customers. The restaurant is always clean when I’ve been there. KFC-Dewitt is the only location that I have ever eaten at in Onondaga County. I remember when it was a very small walk-in restaurant directly in front of the animal hospital before the current restaurant was built.

Absolutely awful! The GM (I know because she kept announcing it) was one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Rounded my order up for charity without asking! I don’t mind charity but ask? This place should honestly be shut down.

The person works today on 2/8/2026, at 11:47 AM is terrible. I ordered my dinner last night 10:00 pm online, charged my card but they were closed when I tried to pick up. So I called today.
She didn’t help me, gave me terrible attitude and didn’t give me her name. She should be fired or I will never eat in this place again.

Upon walking in, sounds like a 90’s club. And I don’t mean good music, good and LOUD music. People were leaving as they needed to hear phone calls.
After I got my food, I asked for more napkins, and all but got yelled at saying they already provided a few napkins. The dispenser by the soda is empty. They threw several wet wipes at me, and stormed off. Food is fine. Service… Eh.

Came in two separate days and waited in the drive thru(as the only car) and never got a response.
Then when I went inside the second time, they rounded my order up without asking. I don’t mind giving to charity and don’t care about the cents. I just didn’t like that it was without asking and that it happened to 2 more people while I was sitting in the lobby

Completely ignores the lobby in favor of the drive through. Placed online order was in the lobby for 20 mins before they even made it.

There has been a KFC here for as long as I can remember. It has evolve into mainly a drive-thru. But they do have seating inside and on this particular day I went inside with a couple of colleagues and treat it like it was a regular restaurant. There were actually families in there eating and a couple of individuals. The staff is friendly and they accommodated us as best they could with paper trays and other things to give us the “sit down meal” experience. The service was fast and the food is pretty much the same as it always is at a KFC. Erie Blvd is a divided road so if you exit out one of the driveways you can only turn right and would have to go to the next intersection to go back the other way. The other driveway is at a intersection with a traffic light and you can go left or right.

Food was ok but staff at this location are rude and rush you through your order. He would not let me order any more than three tonders because I did not want to get the full meal and did not offer any sauces or include any sauces for the tenders. Won’t be going back there again.
