I wanted to try the new gravies so I got the gravy flight. They were all watery and inedible even the cheese one was so thin and gross. Bleh. Chicken was just ok. Food was ready fast for pickup. The plastic bags trap in moisture so the cardboard packaging inside gets soggy as well.

Unbelievable totally went downhill. Went here to get a chicken sandwich and they said I have to wait 20 minutes. Not sure what’s going on but what a waste of time went to Chick-fil-A and at least I didn’t have to wait 20 minutes to get a sandwich, crazy.
Not sure if it’s just this location but it seems like the quality has gone downhill quite a bit. Hopefully something goes there in its place soon.

We had someone pick up KFC …….The chicken was soooooo good… Crispy and juicy…So was the potato wedges and coleslaw…. They’ve been in business for a long time….They must be doing something right…. Highly recommended …..

So, I purchased a few different meals in order to get a 8 piece bucket free based upon spending a minimum of $15 dollars worth of food. Well, I have never ever had chicken from any fast food, restaurant, vendor or anywhere for that matter where the chicken was absolutely horrible. It made me think that maybe that free 8 piece bucket contained chicken made from the week before or later that they froze and then handed out as a promotion. As a result, of just how bad that chicken was I will never set foot inside a KFC ever again. Also, I will make sure that for anyone who is willing to listen, to make sure they or anyone they know, never purchase any chicken from them ever again. I feel I am obligated to make sure no one else ever has to experience what my family and I did. I get chills thinking about taking a bite of that chicken. The skin was the soggiest skin I have ever tasted. Terrible!!!

Order 24 honey bbq hot wings. Told them i wanted fresh hot wings. Dark skin assistant manager had an attitude saying wings just came out. Wings was warm with saurce just throw on top. Told them i would wait 10 min for NEW wings. This is what we got.
