What a gem! Stopped by to grab a light bite and get some work done. Service was so warm and friendly, bagels were scrumptious- so many options, dining room was clean, patio was a vibe. Loved it so much, I took a few house made chocolate chunk cookies for the road – amazing. 10/10 highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back to try more of the menu!

I stopped by Issac Bagel Café and was so glad I did! The bagels were fresh, soft on the inside, and perfectly chewy on the outside—exactly how a bagel should be. They have a great variety of flavors and toppings, and the spreads are generous and flavorful. The coffee paired perfectly with the bagel, rich and smooth. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made the whole visit feel warm and inviting. It’s the kind of place you want to come back to again and again. Highly recommended for a delicious breakfast or a quick coffee-and-bagel fix!

This is a “loved by locals” place. Any time you go there and see a bunch of locals, you know the spot is truly good with food and service and this place has always fresh food, great atmosphere, and reasonable prices.

Great place for breakfast. The bagels are delicious, the breakfast sandwiches are fresh, and the muffins are tasty too. The coffee is a little bland, but it’s not bad by any means. The prices are also very competitive. You can splurge and get that extra item that catches your eye in the bakery case.

The staff are so nice and so personable. I got a bacon egg and cheese on gluten free bread and it was delicious. Prices are also great and the dining space is super clean and comfortable. They have a ton of bagel options so stop by!

Top Connecticut Reviewer

I expected more local employees working, but disappointingly it’s a bunch of Indian grad students (nothing against this) but delis are a pivotal part of local Connecticut culture, it was quite disappointing to see not a single local employee working. Delis are commonly known to have high schoolers or local part timers working, but this place just had a bunch of, I’m assuming cash paid, grad students working. Not representing Connecticut deli culture at all.
Hiring local is preserving our communities & enriching our economy.
Also wish they had halal & kosher options.

Food was regular deli food you can find anywhere.
