The place is super clean and the prices are reasonable, all though they’ve gone up.. like most establishments. However the first time I visited this place. There was only 1 girl working the counter, the drive through was going pretty fast and there was another group of boys standing around doing nothing. I saw an employee going to mop again, although the floors had looked clean. I had to ask him if anybody was going to take my order. Bc employees kept making eye contact with me as I stood there and nobody asked if I was ready to order. The place was empty inside. I expected to be serviced. The second time I went here. Another family cut me in line playing the “oh I just have a question card.” The employees knew I was there first and still furthered to engage with the family who cut me in line. It’s really poor service. But it’s a decent place in a convenient location.

The service at this location is usually very fast and friendly. I’ve never had a problem with any of their food and the dining area is always very clean. The bathrooms are also usually clean. There is a drive thru for those who don’t want to leave their cars. I find the $5.00 fill up boxes are their best value. It includes chicken, a side order, a biscuit and a drink. Hard to beat for a quick lunch or even dinner. A fried chicken sandwich was recently added to their menu which is very good. I’m disappointed that they discontinued their wedge fries. I’m not crazy about their new fries.

I ordered the famous bowl and a 3 piece meal with mashed potatoes through the drive thru. The chicken tasted like the fryers needed to be cleaned. The famous bowl had 3 popcorn chicken bites and the mashed potatoes was really heavy on the gravy.

Dined in tonight 11/18/22 from this place after work. The young lady took my order and never followed up on it and probably just there to be physically get paid. 5-10mins later still nothing, the group of people behind me got their order right away. A young man named “mazu” acknowledged what i was waiting for and told him the issue. He quickly rectified it and got my order right away. This man needs a raise or promotion for an excellent customer service.
