We were in the drive thru at KFC around 1:20pm on 8/27 in the pennsville location. We haven’t been to KFC in awhile and needed to take a minute to look at the menu. The guy on the speaker was rude and kept telling us repeatedly that it was being timed. He said if you need more time come inside, but what if someone in the car couldn’t get out and come into the store. There was no one behind us in line. Very rude service. He was rushing us to order and we weren’t ready. I will never visit that store ever again. If I could give zero stars I would.

Ordered 8 piece chicken family meal. We’ll I only received undercooked thighs and dryed out legs. Mashed potatoes with no gravy. Rancid coleslaw! Biscuits you could play hockey with. Mac and cheese was like rubber. Drinks were so water down. Will never eat here again. Worst food I got from there. Serving undercooked chicken is very sad. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I went thru tyhe drive thru, ordered 2 pc meal with mac and cheese and cole slaw with a root beer. The sign said $9.16. I pull up to the window and handed the girl $10. She said “no $16 something”. I said the board said $9.16. She said you ordered extra stuff, NO I DIDN”T. I gave her a $20 and got $2 and some change. I gues this skinny girl was hungry and I paid for her dinner. I was tired of arguing. The food was so burnt I had to throw it away. Forget calling and asking for a manager because they ALL become managers when you call.

I’m gradually giving up on fast food joints. I just canceled KFC, ordered an 8 piece with two sides, I was floored when they said 30 dollars. I’m done paying more and more for mediocre food. I can buy 3 whole rotisserie chickens for less that 30 bucks. I hope they shutdown in the near future.

I ask for a 3 piece meal with 2 legs and a wing, so we proceed to the window, and to make sure I again ask if I got 2 wings and a leg? The young lady at window ask if he had two wings and 1 leg so when she ask him she close the window. When she opened the window she handed the bag to my husband, so we left and came back to the hotel I opened the box and it had two very grease thighs and 1leg.
