In the 16 years I’ve lived in Gloucester Twp, I have never had a bad experience, until tonight. The food has always been great and the drive-thru crew have always been kind & pleasant
Tonight I stopped for two different drinks & some wedges. They were out of wedges, which is perfectly fine. I saw the girl fill my soda and say something to the other manager, who signaled to give me the drinks. When she handed the one to me that they were conversing over being noticeably lighter.
We left, I took a sip, and immediately turned around because it tasted like there was no syrup and mostly seltzer. I got to the window and told them the issue. The drivethtu lady apologized saying they were out of Pepsi. I asked why they handed it to me knowing it was out. The lady inside decided to trek back at be that they’re out and she didn’t know it.
If she didn’t know it was out, why did she clearly tell the girl at the window to hand to me seeing it was out.
I can see why they have a sign in the window saying no refunds. With service like that, they’d have no incoming money.

The food here is decent but the staff here are rude and don’t know what they are doing. The place has a “no refund” policy but the staff will mess up on purpose and then not give you a refund. They are argumentative and rude.

At the drive through we were told it would be 17 minutes to get white breasts in original. We agreed to wait and were asked to drive up. After 30 minutes I got tired of waiting and went inside. I was told it would be another 15 minutes because it was still cooking… So 20 minutes later they mysteriously have my bag already packed up and ready to go. They didn’t know they had to send someone to bring the food out to my car even though I was standing inside waiting to be handed my food…

I don’t care, I’d rather drink gasoline and eat out a dumpster. First, I received the wrong order and they tried to add more food that I didn’t order into the bag and stuff everything in every box that didn’t make sense, poorly handled. Second, the chicken looked like it was thrown to the floor and the mash looked like if a cat threw up into the container and covered it with a layer of the rest of the mash potatoes but all together, I’d rather have gas station food and have diarrhea for a month then to eat here again, LASTLY the crew hygiene is horrible, like come on it’s somewhere where family eats and want to enjoy the food. Do better, Be better and Lord please replace your manager since I don’t know what she/he is thinking to have this place look like it came out of horror movie

Place gave me the heebie jeebies when I walked in. Only 1 staff member wore gloves. Between double doors smelled like marijuana. Telling people in drive thru at 6:45 no longer taking orders. Threw order in trash. Probably best if place was condemned.

Completely wrong order. Nobody double checked the bag. Because how can you be this off at 4 in the evening? What even is this chicken? It had little bones. The dipping sauce was even wrong. Was someone about to clock out? Doordash did process me a refund, but I was left with a horrible lunch!
