The lady taking orders at 5:55pm 8/30 is extremely rude for no reason. She was cutting me off at the speaker rushing me when I wasn’t done ordering, then she told me I shouldve spoke up. I told her I’m going to pay Apple Pay and she was extremely rude and said yeah and rolled her eyes , we specifically asked for barbecue and on purpose she gave us honey mustard.

It’s not often I review a fast food place but I have had enough of this place. The customer service here is the absolute worst. They are so unfriendly. They refuse to make new chicken after 8pm even though they stay open until 10. The original chicken is soggy and the employee said “Yeah. That’s normal of original chicken”. They are always messing up my order. Today I came home with missing pieces of chicken, again! The ONLY reason I have continued to go here is because there isn’t another KFC near me and it’s one of my family’s favorite places. But today was it. I usually get food from them once a week and every experience is miserable. No one greets you or is ever nice. The girl working the window today seemed to be new. She didn’t smile once, never greeted me, never said “Thank you, have a nice day”. She talked to me like I was stupid and kept staring at me weird. She handed me my food and just shut the door. It was not the way you want to be treated somewhere you spend money. The whole thing was just awkward. How do you hire someone like that to be the face of your buisness? Even if it’s fast food. It’s enough to lose customers over. I refuse to ever spend money here again. The owner should really do a deep dive into the management here, get better employees that treat their customers better and cook the food to a quality standard. I would be ashamed if someone ran my buisness like this.

They are the worst KFC I’ve ever been too! I’m not expecting anything to be great about fast food, but I don’t wanna deal with an attitude with the workers that doesn’t wanna work! If you don’t like ur job why work there! And get your whole order wrong!! Gave $85 dollars worth of food and nothing came out right and I was missing food, Waste of money! I wish I could rate this a zero star don’t deserve one star rating!

Was approx 9pm. The mgr told me he didn’t have enough extra crispy Chicken to fill my order. He was very polite and offered several substitutions and offered to make a fresh batch. I was very happy with the substitution. Great service.

Very very poor service! The people who work there are rude and discourteous. They are mostly always out of items on the menu. The last time that I was there, around 8 pm, the person tells me that we are out of food. How could that possibly happen?!! Just a terrible plain terrible! Nasty….as years have gone and I randomly go to THIS Kfc it’s always an even more of a dissapointment. And obviously noone cares bc noone addresses the issue. Food is SUPER Salty and over cooked. Nuggets also overcooked and for the price it’s def not worth it. Boxed mashed horrible, Mac n cheese . Do better! Idk what kind of people actually enjoy this good, then again I’ve seen those coming in and out of drive thru which says it all. You couldn’t even order inside for some reason, only drive thru orders. So why even have the place open….such a waste! Save yourself the money and headache from all the salt your gonna eat. Just sell salt packets instead!

The food isn’t what it used to be, the workers are mad ignorant depending on who you get I’m literally in the drive thru rite now and it’s 9:45pm and a recording comes on saying that they are closed. Then a girl comes on saying “hello were closed” I asked why it says you guys close at 10 and I got no response. This place is sadder than sad.
