I just ordered the Fan Favorite box and what we got was a box with 12 chicken nuggets missing and the four sauces missing too. The four pieces of chicken were terrible. We just tried it and didn’t eat them. They smelled very bad and the taste too.
Will never order again at KFC but especially at this location. Was my first time ordering and I was very skeptical about ordering in the first place.
Called the store three times and no one picked up.

Usually order from this location and no issues. Ordered delivery and food had hair fried into the breading. Disgusting! Can’t imagine what else goes on there. Someone mentioned that it’s a hit or miss there, and I agree. Eat at your own risk. UberEats didn’t refund me, I guess they think it’s a normal part of food service then at least take them off their available restaurants.

Ordered chicken strips online and this is what showed up… these pieces are tiny — way smaller than what you get when dining in. Feels like they gave me the leftovers. If this is supposed to be a full order, that’s honestly disappointing.

Yep, 3 out of five is about right. I have just tasted KFC Taiwan last week and it was much better than KFC home country.
Ordered the crispy chicken, it was salty than crispy. I expect the coating to be crispy and flaky instead of jammed in piles.

I bought a fried chicken sandwich here, but the restaurant secretly replaced the fried chicken with two nuggets. When I asked the staff, they said they were out of fried chicken. I told them they should have at least informed me, but they showed no sign of apology and just said, “We don’t have it, we just gave you two nuggets instead.” I’ve never been to such an unbelievable fast-food place.

ok so the food does come out rather quick here but why was my chicken sitting in a pool of oil? damn. and my chicken came out hella dark. yall need to learn how to fry chicken and change out the oil or sum and not let the chicken sit in a pool of oil towards the bottom of the bucket. thanks.

They take forever to serve your food and for some reason they care a lot of how much you paid for an item. They get paid the same no matter how much I paid for something. Rosa is also pretty mean to people and complains anytime she’s doing her job
