No complaints about food or service. It depends on the time of day and day as far as service is concerned. If they have the right amount of staff, things move along rather quickly. But most of delays are caused by customers that either don’t know how to read a menu or walk in there not knowing what to order….and that can be very frustrating if the restaurant only has one person at the register. COME ON People!!!..at least know what you want before heading to the register. Don’t call your BFF asking what to order while someone is is behind you that knows exactly what to order. The staff is very kind and patient to these people..so they get a plus for that.

Customer service here is terrible. I ordered a 4 piece tender & the manager goes to the back and cuts up a cutlet. When i noticed i then brought the food back thinking that maybe it was a mistake. And he looked me in face & told me its the same thing. When clearly the menu says its different & the cutlet is cheaper than the tenders.

My husband came in the store two and a half before closing and tired ordering a 12 piece no white meat and was told that they were already cleaning for the night and couldn’t accommodate what he wanted then he asked if he would be able to pay for anything the would make if they could put a case in he would pay for it all and the manager told him that whatever was left is what they were giving and making nothing more this being the north end of Bridgeport and business should be much better to make a profit not being concerned about closing up just saying
