Customer service here is terrible. I ordered a 4 piece tender & the manager goes to the back and cuts up a cutlet. When i noticed i then brought the food back thinking that maybe it was a mistake. And he looked me in face & told me its the same thing. When clearly the menu says its different & the cutlet is cheaper than the tenders.
Side bar : There is a couple good employees here, not all of them are bad. But he’s clearly a liar & he’s lazy.

Amazing KFC location in the heart of Bridgeport! Mel took my order and He was superior at his job! Stellar service! I got a 2 pc meal with a biscuit and mashed potatoes for $4.99 plus tax!!! Such a deal an filled me up! The store is super clean they were even cleaning tables and spraying and wiping them down! So I’m definitely coming back! Thanks Mel and everyone!

Very shady area it’s in. Does not have very much lighting at night. Also could use a good cleaning and disinfecting. I can understand being an old building but you can be a little cleaner.

The service and staff are decent however the store should be shut down . It’s always dirty and the soda machine needs to be thrown out( just look under the dispenser). One has to wonder if the health inspector doesn’t do checks there.

I asked them if they could put the hot honey for me on the side and they said no. All it takes is for you to put it in a container like the other sauces. They are not accommodating and the customer service was horrendous. And the inside looked disgusting like they haven’t cleaned or wiped anything down in a long time !! I regret coming here I hope I don’t get sick !

I think it’s the worst service I’ve ever received from KFC. The cashier wasn’t even at work, she was outside texting. Then, when she served us, she acted in a very rude manner, she didn’t even care, she didn’t offer us anything. Terrible
