They were super short-staffed and customers were being extremely rude and hateful because they were having to wait for their orders or their order couldn’t be completed due to shortages on food. The restaurant had about 30 customers inside with a long line of cars at the drive thru. The staff was keeping their cool and was being very patient and respectful. They were also were willing to substitute or add a little extra to those who were angry and yelling. Me and my daughter’s were patient and let them get caught up before we ordered. If people want to complain the entire time about service then why do they bother to come here? If people hate the service so much then go someplace else. Why come here and give the guys that chose to show up for work crap? They came into work and with a positive attitude and treat people with respect when they are not receiving it and work their butts off when their is only 2 of them. Thid shows me a lot about what type of hard working people they are! I appreciate and applaud them. Kudos to these guys. Thank you for the good food and good service! I come here a lot and will continue to come here!

we went to this location two weeks agoand ordered the big bucket of chicken with all fixings. Paid over 40 dollars and all was great. x-tra crispy chix perfect, biscuits melt in your mouth soft. Yesterday we returned, ordered big bucket of regular chicken with fixings. chicken was dry, and very overcooked. biscuits were as hard as a rock. what a difference from before. There has to be poor management because a real manager would not let food of this kind leave its doors for the price that people pay. Our server was great.

I came here on March 3rd, 2026 around 4:30. The kitchen staff was a total of 2 people and they were doing absolutely wonderfully. They had a line out the door and a line out to the street at the drive thru. They had a lot of complaining customers but they were all staying positive and working as fast and efficiently as they could. Kuddos to the team that was on staff to make that possible. I appreciate all the people that were working today that still came into work and stayed at work despite the circumstances. They all deserve a reward.

Terrible ticket times, every time I go here I tell myself it will be different and somehow they always provide a worse experience. As others have said, don’t come here unless you have an hour to waste sitting in a Taco Bell.

Well. Place is shared with taco bell. Ample parking space. It was clean and organized when we got in there as well as the bathroom. The cashier was pleasant. Accepts creditcard. High chair available. See images and video for surroundings

We are not pleased with this location not having enough chicken no biscuits. This is the only location that cannot service people properly. We also drove 25 minutes to have it. Maybe should have better management and better service. We walked out.

Went into kfc on 10/11 at about 5:50pm needed a8pc and a 12pc extra crispy meal, first they had no coleslaw but we ordered because everyone really wanted kfc then they told me it would be a 25 minute wait OK no problem 30 minutes later got all of our order YEAH headed home, got home the chicken was near raw the coating was falling off it was so soggy It took me 1/2 hour to finish cooking it with only 1/2 the coating left This order cost me over $75 This is such bull I really looked forward to not cooking for 10 but I did anyway UHG Thank you KFC for the nice meal and a night off HAHAHA

Pulled up for some food through the drive-thru as I didn’t eat dinner before leaving home. It was 8:11 when I placed my order with two vehicles ahead of me I didn’t leave with my TWO items purchased until 8:30! Now im late to work and I get to “enjoy” my dinner COLD several hours from now when I can go on break. DO NOT RECOMMEND especially if you’ve got less than 40 minutes of spare time.
