Ill give the 5 stars. The food is decent. Breadsticks are good. But that new chicken parm dinner is absolutely disgusting. Should be disqualified from the menu. And everyone who purchased it needs to be refunded. Absolutely terrible!! Only thi g i ate was the cheese. Whats the point in serving it with “breaded chicken ” if the breading is saugy. Nasty. Ill stick to the pizza and lasagna.

Hugo was always my go to. I love their sauce, but my delivery tonight was less than mediocre. I don’t know if you have new people in there making pizzas, but apparently they have no idea what basic 8 with Xtra cheese is made… I won’t comment on the 1/2 over cooked garlic butter and parm bread looked like. Do better Hugos , or train your staff a little longer

Ordered delivery. Estimate was 60 minutes – no problem. Notified like 20 minutes later order was out for delivery – cool! I live 5 minutes from the store but it took 20 additional minutes to arrive…. how many orders do they send with a driver?? 1 pizza was spot on. The other didn’t have the crust flavor ordered (not the wrong flavor – no flavor). The breadsticks looked amazing but the dipping sauce ordered is no where to be found.

Fantastic service. Ordered a pizza online from Colorado to surprise my brother, who lives in Michigan, for his birthday. It was quick, easy, and they included a free dessert because it was his birthday. They delivered it within 20 mins of placing my online order.

We recently tried Hugo’s for the first time. One of us got regular pizza and the other one ordered gluten free. Both were phenomenal! The gluten free pizza was one of the most delicious I’ve tried of all GF and it was not overly expensive unlike other pizza stores. The staff was very friendly as well. I wish we lived closer because we would purchase from them more often. Can’t wait until we’re back in the area to get this again!

We ordered Hugo’s for delivery tonight. We were missing an order of breadsticks so I called to let them know. The woman on the phone said they would have them right out to us and the delivery driver brought them. Amazing customer service! And their food is amazing! 10/10 will order again!!!
