Was visiting in town and was looking for a quick bite. The outside looked OK Nothing that had a red flag. Visit 9/22/25 dinner time. The food came out quick through the drive thru, Received no forks no spoons no napkins and the Food was not necessarily hot. The only thing that was hot was the chicken fingers. Potato wedges were cold and old. I think that if you go to this place, make sure you get your silverware thankfully we had an extra in our glove box or we would’ve had to turn around and go back through and it would’ve been a big waste of time because we were traveling through heading home. Secondly, I would make sure that your side dish is prepared fresh and ask for it. I’m noticing that a lot of these fast food places try to pass off old food. I like mine fresh and I should’ve just did it while I was there not thinking.

Ordered food from here once we goth there we were informed that that the chicken pot pie was unable to be put into our order due to not having ready. Asked for a refund and was told they don’t do refunds at this location then proceeded to get chicken tenders with fries as a replacement and was also given a biscuit, fries were cold and dry along with the chicken tenders, went to take a bite of the biscuits, raw dough. Will not be ordering from here ever again do not order from this location.

This is one of the most consistently disappointing KFC. The food quality is noticeably worse than other locations under-seasoned, overcooked, and thrown together with little care. The staff seemed irritated and disengaged, but the real issue appears to be management.
The managers I encountered were dismissive, unprofessional, and set a tone that trickles down to the rest of the team. When leadership doesn’t model respect or attention to detail, it shows in the service, the atmosphere, and ultimately the food. It’s clear the problems here start with management, and until that changes, the rest won’t either.

I purchased a chicken pot pie – generally my favorite!- it was barely warm, the top crust was caved in and the inside was very dry! So disappointing!!! Also you have the most incredible coleslaw but $3.49 for that size portion is way overpriced! I thought it was the larger size. What’s going on??

I would not recommend this establishment whatsoever. My husband and I went in ordered 3 grilled cheese steak burritos. One was regular, one had extra steak, and the other had extra steak and rice. My husband went to take a bite of his burrito and there was barely any steak in it. I took it back and the manager came to the front started the conversation very rudely. Told me she made them herself that she knew for a fact that there was extra steak on the burrito. I politely told her that I had one with extra steak as well and it did have extra steak on it. I even showed her the burrito that my husband took a bite of. I was just asking for it to be remade. She told me I was wrong that she would make us a new one and proceeded to refuse to give me her name so I could make a complaint. I will never order from this restaurant again and am making sure I tell everyone else about this encounter.

Brutally slow service, like whoa. Skimped on ingredients they had, were out of sour cream. Used the wrong shells for the Doritos tacos on all the tacos, which wasn’t a bad thing all in all but still. Ordered 3 taco supreme 3 burrito supreme and some Doritos tacos.

On Saturday January 11th at 7pm me and my fiance went for food and got a chicken sandwich / a 5 piece tender box, both of the chicken in our meals tasted and looked like they hadn’t cleaned the fryer in quite a while, she couldn’t even finish hers and I don’t think I want to finish mine either. We normally never have this issue but I think the teenagers working tonight were slacking hard when it came to the cleaning. The fries that came with the meals were fine but it’s pretty hard to screw up fries, my wife had also gotten a small mashed potato with her meal and it wasn’t even the size of a small it only covered 1/3rd of the bottom. They also put pickles on her sandwich and she’s allergic to pickles so thank you for that as well now I get to deal with a pissy wife because the teenagers working aren’t doing their jobs correctly.

Are you out of your mind kfc? You reduce the gravy volume this much and cant even fill the container like you used to? The gravy has basically become those 25cent packs from walmart and $4.49 for this $1 box of chicken? I’ve never written a review for fast food but this is horrible value for the cost.the “meal” pictured below was $13. Honestly I made a mistake not taking my receipt to add insult to injury I live 2 minutes away and all the food is cold I’m curious how you stay in business? Compared to how the kfc just a few years ago its unfortunate.

This may be the single worst kfc/Taco Bell in the state. It’s easily the worst I’ve ever been to. I don’t say this lightly.
They don’t offer refunds and will mess up your order EVERY time you go through. They claim they’ll make it right but you’ll just end up waiting 30 minutes inside while they ignore you so you can get cold food.
RUN don’t walk from this place!
