Are you out of your mind kfc? You reduce the gravy volume this much and cant even fill the container like you used to? The gravy has basically become those 25cent packs from walmart and $4.49 for this $1 box of chicken? I’ve never written a review for fast food but this is horrible value for the cost.the “meal” pictured below was $13. Honestly I made a mistake not taking my receipt to add insult to injury I live 2 minutes away and all the food is cold I’m curious how you stay in business? Compared to how the kfc just a few years ago its unfortunate.

Im sooo let down. Order the new chicken wraps to try, was very excited. And this is what i got after a long long wait. All of my wraps look like this. Just no care or effort. Tastes just how it looks. Disappointing. This is it untouched, just opened the wrapper. And maybe it’s cause i haven’t had KFC in awhile, (now i see why.) But do they not fill the famous bowls anymore?

The food was ok as far as fast food goes. The older lady working the drive- thru tonight had the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. She was very rude and short with me while I was placing my order and then when I got up to the drive up window she couldn’t even finish the transaction. She had another employee hand me my food. TERRIBLE service.

KFC and I have a long history. I have even had the dubious pleasure of a conversation with him during one of his visits to open a new restaurant or to re-dedicate a store. He was lively and brusque. Yet,he always stayed the Southern Gentleman. Sorry to digress, the meal was passable but one piece of thigh was overcooked and dry. I am a diabetic and when I need food I need it NOW. I have let it slide this time but caution dictates a moment to check it out and see if it is up to standards. Thanks again, DanC.

I have no complaint about the food, I actually love eating here… when I have the time to spare. I’ve sat in the drive-thru for fifteen minutes without moving before. Just the other day I was the third car in line and it took the lady at the window ten minutes to take payment from the first car. Completely unacceptable, especially for those who work and have strict lunch breaks. They’ve lost my business.
