I’m from SC and the KFC’s back home have chicken gizzards, and hot wings on their menu, the both of which I love! I really wanted hot wings tonight, but didn’t see them on the drive thru menu. I asked if they had them and was told that they did, but it would be about a 20 minute wait. That said, I came inside and ordered them. The experience was made exceptional because of the lady at the register. Despite having a room full of customers when I came in, she was the sweetest, kindest soul. Not only did she go the extra mile for every customer there, but her communication with the manager and other staff was kind and patient. I also saw her maintain calm as she attempted to de-escalate a understandably, disgruntled customer. She truly inspired me to be a better person tonight! Thank you, Nora! I see you!

Where crispy chicken meets crunchy tacos! The décor is fun (bucket lights, secret recipe wall), the dining area bright, and the Pepsi “Filling Station” adds a cool retro vibe.
We opted to go inside since the drive-thru was taking forever with several cars waiting. Ordered KFC this time. Food came out hot and flavorful, though it took a bit, and some tables were sticky.
A decent combo spot where the Colonel and the Bell join forces—just be ready for a wait and maybe a quick wipe-down, if you’re eating in. ✨

Took me over 20 minutes to get my food and the floors are very dirty and the trash was overflowing. No drinks due to water issues in Keene and a water was $2.70 which I feel should have been free since the meal should have come with a drink. Very disappointed.

A lady went around trying to give everyone voided receipts to do a survey with. The kiosk has fictional drink options you pay extra for but the extra goes nowhere. Not a lot of money, but it’s dumb. They had no napkins and no dipping sauce. The workers were sadder than I’ve probably seen anywhere, like they have to explain this stuff to people like me all day. The managers must not be very good. I waited 45 minutes for a pick up order they said would be ready for 515 pm I finally received at about 545. I proceeded to stand with my son and watch one of the cashier’s disrespect a customer when he told her she gave him the wrong order. It seemed like a co workers interaction but none the less quite disrespectful. My drinks were not with my food and no one bothered stop ask if I had everything. I finally became overly irritated at the situation, grabbed small cups of the counter for my kids and walked out. When I finally get home, my order is incomplete and the drum sticks are hardly even existing let alone able to eat. It’s skin and bone that my son got for dinner. I paid full price and am quite disgusted. I work in retail and I will never order from this company again. Customer service is not there and the place was busy. I’m sure mine will not be the only complaint you get tonight.

My wife and I went in and all orders are now by machine. We’ll, that does not help when the offer price does not come up right. We went to the counter and were ignored by the staff who came up, looked at us, and went to do something else. Ok, they were busy, we waited, and waited, and waited. Finally we went to Wendy’s. One thing to be busy, but dont ignore customers. Just bad business

One 3 separate occasions I didn’t receive the gravy with my mashed potatoes.
During my most recent visit yesterday 12/3/2025 while my 94 year old mom sat in the car, I waited for a ridiculous amount of time to pay cash for an order I had placed through the new ordering system. The employee’s excuse was he didn’t hear it come in . This coming after he had filled two new orders after me . It was at this same time that I didn’t receive gravy with my order. I’m seriously considering getting my chicken somewhere else for now on.

Been incredibly and unreasonably slow service here for the past few months. There is absolutely zero effort to serve customers in a timely fashion. The cash clerk is awesome but behind the line is just not focused on service.

This is the worst kfc I’ve ever been to. Wife ordered the breast meal, with massed potatoes and gravy and Cole slaw. Chicken breast was no bigger than a small thigh, very dry and tasted a day old. Biscuit very dry and hard. Mashed potatoes disgusting and gravy also tasted old. This was at 11 am. Things shouldn’t have been that old or bad.

Went to kiosk ordering so used kiosk to order. Waiting for food when employee come to table to inform they had to cook pot pies it was going to take 22 minutes. I asked for refund and left . If ordering in person I could of asked if there was any pot pies cooked. Not going back ,kiosk should not be the only ordering method.
