They charged for double beef and cheese, and did not give us any of that, and also left the the lettuce on the hard shells which was told several times no lettuce, double beef and double cheese we’ve been here for about 40 when did we get here like 55 minutes definitely not double cheese and double meat

I really always try to give this place a chance, but I no longer will. We waited almost 2 hours for our food. My Dasher was in constant contact with me telling me they were still waiting for the food. Then when I got it, they didn’t give me one of the sides. Every time I go there they are either skimpy with the portions or just plain don’t give me stuff. I hope they can get better, but let’s be real, it’s been this way for years. I get being short staffed, but they’re rude and act like the customers are an inconvenience.

This is the worst kfc I’ve ever been to. Wife ordered the breast meal, with massed potatoes and gravy and Cole slaw. Chicken breast was no bigger than a small thigh, very dry and tasted a day old. Biscuit very dry and hard. Mashed potatoes disgusting and gravy also tasted old. This was at 11 am. Things shouldn’t have been that old or bad.

Do not eat here. We ordered chicken tenders and they were small thin pieces of chicken (?) cooked so well that you could barely chew the tender. $42 for 12 tenders we could barely eat. Threw most of them away.

Me and my grandma were taking are monthly shopping trip to Keene as she lives in a nursing home and love going out. She has always loved going to get chicken as are past experience here have been amazing and everyone was so nice to her but not this time. The lady taking are order was incredibly rude rolling her eyes at least five times for no reason as we were tell her what we wanted she kept stopping us and making snarky comments. I work in the service industry and completely understand when someone is having a bad day but this was not it. It was totally unprofessional and when my 96 year old grandmother asked for her receipt she basically throw it at her. I can confidently say that this is the worst I’ve ever been treat going to get food somewhere. I will not be coming back here and I don’t suggest going unless your okay being treated this way.

Ordered a K3 meal, which is supposed to come with 1 Breast, 1 thigh, 1 leg and 1 wing. Asked for the side to be fries. Received 2 thighs, 2 legs, mashed potatoes and no biscuit. Ordered the Deluxe Cravings box which comes with Nacho Fries, a Chicken Chalupa, a 5 layer burrito, and a Doritos taco. Received a Steak Chalupa with overcooked steak instead of chicken, and cold-hard Nacho fries. Total waste of $25… The soda machine was leaking so badly that there was a pool in front of it on the floor. Walked through the mess to get a Mountain Dew. Instead of Mountain Dew, clear liquid came out. Nowhere to dump out my cup so had to walk outside in the rain to do so. Walked back to the soda machine to get tea, got watered down, nasty tasting, (barely) Brisk tea. Staff didn’t seem to want to be working, I’m not surprised they are looking for help as the atmosphere is horrible. A complete waste of $25 to get the wrong items, and what we got wasn’t good.

It’s alright. Very fast with the service and I haven’t had any issues with the food. The quality of the KFC seems better than the Taco Bell. The restaurant is updated inside and it seemed pretty clean.

Yesterday (8/11/23) I ordered my lunch and waited patiently until 3 customers who was in line behind me got their food first and i kept waiting. I was very upset! I should have gotten my lunch before the other customers did. I wasted my whole lunch break waiting!!!! I may not go there again unless they did better!
