Ordered online a pot pie to be picked up at a particular time. When I got there, they told me I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes, which I did not have. I asked how to get my money back, and they told me I had to do it through the app. I used a computer to order, and when I went back, there is no obvious way to request a refund. I called the phone number on the computer, and they told me that since it was pick-up and not delivery, I had to talk to the store. Tried calling the store, they don’t pick up the phone. Result, I didn’t get my order, and I can’t get a refund.
Not a smart way to run a business.

Food was okay but service was horrible I waited a good 20 mins if not more to pay for the food i ordered through the kiosk. I ordered 3 items and it took like a good half hour for it. Probably will not be going back here.

The restaurant is not the cleanest but the food is ok. The mashed potato is only warm. Chicken pot pie is hot and crispy. It’s very tasty. The fries are very good and tasty. I like this new generation of fries. They are much better than their old style fries. The chicken pieces are good but not great. The taste is meh.

Just went tonight 10/20/25(just before 8pm) with my wife and we ordered an 8pc meal with a coupon.
I totally forgot to get the lady’s name, but she was great! I guess she was the only one at the time and she still managed to give us friendly and quick service, food was made very well and everything was bagged up perfectly!
Whoever this may concern, look to see who worked earlier and give them a raise! Don’t let her go. You can’t find such great employees much anymore!

Okay seriously avoid this place at all cost. Just go to Hooksett. This place is the absolute worst. They have two women employees (work different shifts) that are Amazing! Everyone else is a nightmare. After 8pm don’t even try. You’ll be waiting forever. Went tonight, got my food after 20 minutes of waiting in drive through. (No one else was there) Handed me my food and immediately left the window without giving us our drinks. Knocked on the window after 4 minutes and the man came back and asked “what do you want”. I want my freaking drinks

ordered on uber eats from here twice both on different occasions and at different times of night and each time my order said it was being prepared and then no one answered when my uber eats driver went to pick up my food. i call a few times to get a hold of someone as to why this was happening and either got sent to voice mail or phone was taken off the hook. it says it’s open till 12AM if the workers aren’t going to do their job efficiently until closing time then maybe the hours should be changed.

Had a late night out tonight (10/24/25) and decided to pick up food before heading back to the hotel.
First, It took a good 10 minutes to even order the food. Then after paying we noticed one of the meals was missing and asked about it, the guy proceeded to argue that we didn’t order it. I had no issue paying for the meal but he continued arguing that i didn’t order it and there was nothing i could do.
10/10 i don’t recommend this place one bit.
Taco bell is just a block away and i had zero issues there.

Not at all good…from walking in to have to use a kiosk(when four people were working), to the food being terrible(not fresh, biscuit was solid rock, french fries were old), to not receiving the sauces I ordered, just not a very good experience. I would recommend going somewhere else for your not so fast food.

They NEVER answer after dinner time (7pm) and they give out old fried chicken so many times that they’ve given me old, refried chicken, extremely oily, that’s greasy from getting to re-fry before sending it out, and then to delivers with Doordash so you get it and have to take a picture after being shafted, but I do it so i can prove the horrible service. They/ most new and young, just don’t care, most people need the low wages to survive and this bothers me because it’s affecting food and service quality.
