Food is good, it’s a KFC, but they’re frequently out of items (like chicken….how idk). And they don’t bother putting up signs at the end of the single lane drive through with no escape, so you’re trapped in it for up to half an hour waiting for others before you to move on so you can leave with no food. Thirty something for chicken it was so dry we each tried almost chocked macaroni ice cold buns so old fell apart in our hands the skin cut my mouth it was so hard I felt bad for my elderly mom who had ate there with me she couldn’t chew crust on chicken either we had to sanitize our own table chairs the table chairs were all food not one clean table girl working at drive through coughed in her hand then touched orders going out never washed her hands I told her to 10 people in line all yelling how tgere food is cold and order wrong a Hispanic girl at register gave customers an attitude yelled at them dirty gloves exc all over floor neardrive through inside kitchen filthy outside your restaurant doors coming in filthy rotten garbage wrappers debris in front of your store door I’m reporting you to head cooperate office shame on you you had no chicken cooked no buns the ordering man at counter was touching his dirty cell phone on it while getting peoples food your gloves r dirty after handling your phone and u touched people food wha I’m telling family friends never to go Kentucky has gone to the birds they won’t even eat it

Placed a large order just now. When taking our order, we wanted to get 4 small cups of nacho cheese on the side. The man taking our order said he would just give them to us when our order came up. After waiting for a whipe since our order was large, we received our order and the nacho cheese was not in there. We mentioned it to the man who took our order and said “Oh yeah. I’ll got get them.” and went to do that. Then this rude manager lady working there comes up and says that we did not pay for the nacho cheese and that we need to pay for it. I reiterated what the man told us and she did not care and rudely told us that we needed to pay and was going to make us stand behind a long line of customers that had came in to charge us for it. We said forget it and left. Horrible rude customer service. Don’t tell your customers one thing and then do another. Honor your word. Would not recommend.
