You pay expecting to get something fresh, but what they serve is the complete opposite. The fries were cold and stale. The chicken was dried out on one side, not juicy at all — like it had been sitting there for hours. And the worst part? There’s no one to speak to. When you try to bring up the issue, no one helps you — they all just disappear to the back. If you want to throw your money away, come to this KFC. I seriously don’t understand how they can mess up a product that’s already pre-made. Completely unacceptable.

The order taker was quite rude. The line was extremely long for a random Monday. The food was cold and almost not thawed. It was a very poor experience. There is ample parking though and the restaurant looks great. That’s why it deserves 2 stars but otherwise I had a poor experience. KFC is usually great but I am not sure what happened here.

Do not. I repeat, do not attempt to order food after 8pm. By this time their inventory will have been depleated. (Side note: this location consistently has inventory issues.). The employees that work this shift don’t have the competence to run it. My famous bowl order came with all breadcrumbs. .Drive through was at least a 20 minute wait. Before I got to the window. And another 5 mins at the window. God awful.
