Very nice place to eat with interesting decor. Service for getting dishes was a little slow. Foid was good. Appetizer sampler was good for sharing amongst 4 people. The conch chowder was quite good. Carribrean shrimp meal with fried plantains and pineapple salsa was quite delicious. Server was friendly.

Great menu choices. I had the vegan bowl which was very nice. My wife had the shrimp which was outstanding. We sat outside which was nice although a fair bit of traffic noise. Great value compared with other comparable places in the keys.

Our visit to the Key Largo Conch House was an excellent experience!
For the main course I had stuffed Mahi Mahi which came with perfectly cooked vegetables and mashed garlic potatoes. My wife had the conch fritters along with a watermelon salad. Best conch fritters we’ve had in FL! We been here in South Florida and the Keys for four days and this has been the best meal and restaurant!! Our server was incredible attentive even though a table of thirteen came in shortly after us. We were full from our meals but saw that the Key Lime pie was homemade so we took it to go. DELICIOUS!!! We would highly recommend this wonderful restaurant!!! It deserves 10 stars!

This place is a total hidden gem! It’s such a cute, cozy spot with absolutely amazing food. We loved everything from the avocado toast to the conch fritters. If you’re hosting out-of-town guests, put this on your ‘must-visit’ list—they won’t be disappointed!

I became a regular here on my mini vacation. I was diving this week at Rainbow Reef Dive Center and I was staying at a nearby hotel. I did not rent a car or have a car so I looked for places that were walkable and had vegan options.
I used the Happy Cow app to find nearby vegan food. Conch house is not a vegan restaurant, but they do have a vegan menu on request. Something I loved about it was they had more than one vegan option for every kind of meal – breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert.

It’s close enough to walk up from the nearby hotels (about 12 minutes from the Holiday Inn and Marriott Courtyard and on the same side of the street).

It was easy to get a table with no reservation. I chose to sit outside every meal because I liked the warmth and the view of the porch and trees.

The first night I got the vegan curry stir fry and for dessert I got the key lime bar. To drink I got the Ginger Hibiscus tea.
The tea comes hot. But they give you a tall glass full of ice to pour over and make it into an iced tea. It tastes amazing. I love the hibiscus flavor and I would definitely recommend it. It’s very refreshing and doesn’t have caffeine so it’s safe to drink before bed.

The curry is huge! The portions are giant and it smells so fragrant. It’s packed with veggies and the fruit gives it a really wonderful tropical touch. It is mildly spicy and the rice is a bit on the al dente side. Overall it’s a good deal for the price and I will get 2 meals out of it because I took half to go.

The key lime bar is small, but thick and creamy. It’s rich but not overly sweet. The flavors are good together and I would get this again too. It’s also very pretty with the edible flowers on top. The key lime is subtle too and mildly tart. It was a nice way to end the meal.

Pros: Fully vegan menu on request, Delicious options, Friendly service

Cons: Closed on Wednesdays

I highly recommend coming here if you are vegan and looking for something filling and fresh nearby

This place is in key large just off US1 and im glad to have found it by recommendations from others. The main course was the lobster eggs bene and very tasty. The French toast was shared tasted good but maybe a little tough. Coffee was fresh and all there enjoyed the entrees we had. The potatoes cooked perfectly as well.

My girlfriends favorite restaurant experience during our 3 day stay in the keys. The service was super friendly and the food truly delicious. I took the Shrimp & Grits and my girlfriend had the mahi Sandwich. 10/10 would recommend. The restaurant itself has a very authentic aesthetic and we enjoyed every bit of it.

Don’t skip out on desert! Both the brownie and the key lime pie were delightful. The mahi was seasoned well and cooked perfectly.
