Distinguished Diner
Let me start with this, the waitress (it was her first day) was very nice, for that I give 1 star.
The restaurant has no visual appeal, it is run down, tables are wobbly, seats are old and beat up. The menu is all over the place with nothing really special that would make the restaurant stand out. The silverware was coated with some crud that appeared to be old food.
The food, this is where it goes very badly. We had onion rings, served on some lettuce? They were ok but did not parallel the price we paid for this side dish. I ordered the gyros platter, said it came with pita bread and a side, I chose “soup of the day” Italian wedding soup. The soup was cold, but the bowl was piping hot, meaning it was more like soup of the last few days. It was bland and very oily. The gryo platter was bad. The tomatoes were half rotted, there was VERY LITTLE feta cheese, I was given 6 small, thin triangle pieces of pita bread, which seemed unusual. The lamb meat was dry and under-seasoned. The worst part is, this was a 16 dollar plate…..not even close to worth it. We will not be going back.

Waitress was friendly, dining area was clean. The onion rings in the picture were $9 for a side. Pretty pricey. Ordered a burger and requested medium rare. That was not possible because the burger was a frozen patty. Again, price was too high in my opinion for a frozen patty.
